We are thrilled with our experience at Lavery Chevy Auto working with Jim Wolfe. He was friendly, warm, not pushy at all, and was even very accommodating for our three year old daughter during our conversations and test drive. Jim was also flexible with us as we had to change our appointment time last minute. Because they had exactly the car I was looking for at a very fair price, and because of all the positive experiences of previous customers. The sales person was not pushy, and they kept the lights on after closing time so we could finish the deal that same day and I could drive home in my new vehicle. All in all a very positive experience, and would recommend this dealership highly ... although I wish they were a little closer!!

We recently purchased a truck from Lavery. It was the smoothest car buying experience that we have ever had. So much so that it was down right scary. Dave Sherman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars that they had in stock and made this a very good experience. I bought a car from them in 2015! Unfortunately, I was in a car accident at the beginning of August 2019, the car I had purchased from them was considered a total loss. I contacted them about 10 days after my accident about a used SUV they had on their lot. Madison, contacted me about a test drive and I told her I had to wait a couple of days due to not having transportation. 2 days later, I noticed the car was no longer on the website. I contacted Madison again about the test drive and she informed me the vehicle had been sold. Ok no big deal. Meanwhile, Mark Eberling (the Sales Manager), had emailed me asking if there was any way he could help me. I explained to him about the SUV being sold. He then started working to look for a similar vehicle for me to purchase. He contacted me that day and said he had a similar vehicle and asked if I was interested. I replied yes via email and asked when I could come to test drive the vehicle. The next morning he responded telling me that vehicle had also been sold. After several exchanges of emails regarding what my husband and I were seeking in said vehicle, he said he would let his buyer know. That was August 16, today is September 9 and he has yet to contact me. I really wanted to purchase from Lavery again since we had such a good experience the first time. I cannot say I will ever purchase from them again. My husband and I went to Sarchoine s in Randolph and a bought a brand new 2019 Equinox, which is what we were looking for. It s unfortunate that no one ever contacted me back from Lavery s. They could have received my business, but at least I now have a new car!

They have worked with us really hard to get us into a better and more reliable vehicle, def recommend to any friends.

The service writer that communicated with me about my truck overpromised and underdelivered. Everyone else that I dealt with here was very nice and helpful.

My last service call they diagnosed my trunk latch problem but I decided to wait to repair until my next visit. Keri my service rep always does a great job keeping me informed and making the service call a good experience. Top notch service team at Lavery Automotive.

I recently bought a new Silverado from Lavery. The staff is absolutely great, but Kaitlyn was without a doubt the main reason for giving them my business! She went over and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for until I was completely happy with my purchase. I had been to several other dealerships prior to Lavery and was never as comfortable as when I walked into their dealership. Great place to take your vehicle for repairs. They update you on vehicle repairs after an accident. Great customer service! Vehicle was finished early!!

This started off as an internet transaction form us being in the North East and Lavery being in Alliance Ohio. Gregg was a very nice man and treated us with respect.

We decided to buy and made the 8 hour trip to purchase the car, then there were some hiccups in the process where by the business team did not thoroughly inspect the car and we found a significant problem with the car.

If a man and or a business is judged not by his faults but how they recover from them then both Gregg and Lavery Auto team passed the test.

They quickly and effectively fixed the issues that were occurring and a few hours later we went home in a beautiful gently pre-owned Caddy .

I would deal with them again.

I had my Toyota towed to lavery because my starter needed replaced. I guess the first mistake was taking my car to a chevy dealer. I had to starter for less than 6 months and had to take the car back to them twice. Both times they said it was fine and it started fine. Well here we are a couple of months later and I am having to have it towed again. This time I made sure to take it to Toyota. I am very disappointed in Lavery Chevrolet and would NOT recommend anyone trusts this dealership for repairs.

This was quite a drive but totally worth it!!! The price of my vehicle was great & so was Mark! We drove 4 hours so this was a whole day ordeal. I was actually dealing with a dealer in my home town & with Mark. The sales guy here in my town was just awful! I pretty much had to hound him & couldn't get him to answer any of my questions. Dealing with Mark was the complete opposite. We would text back & forth & if I had a question he would answer it right away. If you don't prefer texting (like I do) I'm sure he'd communicate any way you would like. He's very nice & wants to make things easy for you & he's not pushy at all like some salesman can be. He sent me a personalized video of the vehicle I was interested in to show me any imperfections it might've had just so there would be no surprises. I highly recommend this dealership & I highly recommend Mark Eberling!!

I didn t end up purchasing a vehicle (or even visiting the dealership), but I want to leave some positive feedback for John at Lavery. He went out of his way to text me answers to questions and additional photos of a vehicle I was interested in, which helped me rule it out based on some rust.

While he didn t get a sale from me, he saved me a couple hours of driving by being upfront and honest about the vehicle. I will certainly consider Lavery in the future thanks to the communication I received during this experience!

My husband and I just purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox LT. I was specific on color, sunroof, and all the extras. We had contacted two dealerships to help us find this specific car and Tony Caserta found it!!! Not only did he find the color but this car is fully loaded and very few miles. Love this car!!! And Tony was amazing to work with, no high pressure. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find my car. I highly recommend Lavery; Tony and Mark were absolutely the BEST!!!!!!

Thought we had an agreement for me to buy the car. They d emailed info to my lender. Was trying to negotiate the price down a little. Sales rep said she d have the sales manager call me. Sales manager never called. Next thing I know I get an email the car is sold to someone else.

Had an absolutely awesome experience with Lavery's body shop. Louie treated me very well and made the entire process so painless and extremely simple. The work came out above my expectations. Full service of the vehicle and I am very pleased.
I recommend going to Lavery's and I will return.

My estimator for my Chevy Cruze informed me of the work I would need done for repairs before I turned my lease in. Luckily, his estimation came back very reasonable, and after the vehicle was returned from the lease I was actually issued a refund for the condition of my vehicle! Lou was extremely helpful during this process and told me what to expect every step of the way. Thank you Lavery Chevrolet and Lou for making the process so simple!

The salesperson I worked closest with, Sarah Heacock, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, polite, and a great communicator. She gave me multiple opportunities to test drive my car, and was the epitome of expertise and courtesy throughout the entire process. Recently purchased a vehicle off of Trent. The experience was excellent and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had a vehicle serviced here. The repairs were about 90% done correctly, but a few minor details were overlooked. There were a few part delays, but that's not Lavery's problem. The vehicle we had serviced has severe damage to the rear hatch and Lavery had to remove it and they left it in their parking area for several days with only plastic covering the empty rear hatch area. When we received the vehicle back, a GPS unit was missing. I asked Lavery about it and they denied knowledge of it and had no idea what happened. The rep we talked to did not offer to help or discuss the issue. I was very upset they wouldn't check their security cameras to see if it happened in the parking lot. I felt like he was trying to hide something. I seriously doubt I'll ever return my buisness here.

Extremely smooth and professional process of out the door pricing. Kaitlyn and Bethany did a great job of communicating throughout the process. Everyone was so friendly and excited for us when arrived. We drove 1200 miles to pick up our new truck and it was an overall perfect experience! Will definitely recommend to others!

Stopped by to look and test drive a used pickup. The sales person talked and talked and talked about nothing. The truck was way over priced and not in the great of condition for the low miles. The owner stopped to meet me and asked what i did for a living and i said i was in IT. He said o you are a computer nerd! Wow!! I will never go back. Yesterday i received a call from the salesman asking me if i was still interested in the truck, i said no, he just hung up.

Was looking for a Awd or 4x4 for winter use, checked out jeeps on line and found one at Lavery Auto. Called them up and got connected to Kaitlyn Walters, what a sweet young lady, she had the jeeps out and ready for our inspection and had a spot ready to have them put up on the rack to see the underside.
She was wonderful to work with and yes we bought the Jeep.

Had been researching cars for three months and found a 2015 Camaro SS online that matched every criteria I had. Car turned out to be in Ohio while I live in Virginia. Dealt with Mark Eberling who was extraordinarily helpful. He answered all my questions, took pictures and sent them to me and even uploaded a video going over every inch of the car and pointing out any issues I might have since I could not inspect the car in person. Every issue he pointed out was done so in detail and every issue was fixed before I ever saw the car in person. I flew to Ohio to pick the car up. The car was delivered exactly as promised, and I was in and out in no time with my brand new car. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle!! Was fast and easy and the people their are some of the most caring and amazing people I have ever dealt with!

I was doing an internet search for a Buick Encore. I submitted my request through the website to inquire about the pricing of a vehicle in stock. Mr Sherman, Lavery new car sales manager, responded immediately to my inquiry. We spoke about several cars that I saw in their inventory. We talked about the kind of vehicle with the type of options that I would like. Mr Sherman informed me that he was NOT a commission sales person and that he would work diligently for me to get me the type of vehicle and the BEST price available. After several conversations and exchanges of emails, we had a Buick Encore selected with the options that we wanted. Mr Sherman then started to put our financial package together. Surprisingly, to both of us his original sticker price was close to $150 difference from the GMS price that I was eligible and had not applied for yet. After securing the GMS price ,Mr Sherman was able to put together my other discounts to give me the financed price of the vehicle. That price wasn't where I wanted to be as far as payments. Mr Robb then took over and was able to make a few additional adjustments and wham , bam thank you Lavery Chevy we will be driving a new 2014 Encore.
My experience in dealing with the dealership was very rewarding and very accommodating. I also checked with three other local Chevy/Buick dealerships through the internet and none of them responded in a timely manner to inquire even as to where I was in the search. Needless to say if and when they do contact me, I will be reporting that I am driving a new 2014 Buick Encore that I acquired through the special staff from Lavery Chevy!!
