I sent an email & Mark the sales manager called right away. I made appointment with Mark & my sales man was Jim Wolfe. I was treated so fairly I couldn't walk away. I got what I wanted on my trade in & they got me in the vehicle I wanted. It was straight up, no going back & forth. It was a great experience. The place was well managed & the staff was professional & friendly. When the wife's ready to bite the bullet on a new vehicle I know where we'll be going!! Thanks guys good work

Lavery is a great dealership to purchase or lease a car!!! This is the 3rd car I have leased and each time it gets better with the intergity, reliability, and friendliness that I receive from each staff and salesperson, especially from Greg Ganni. He has always told me everything about my car before I even ask the question. He is very loyal to his customers and makes you feel like family. I always tell people about Greg and let them know, if they want a great salesperson who has knowledge about the car you wish to purchase/lease, he is the one to see!!!

These people ripped off my 89 year old grandmother. She went in for an oil change then billed her for over 1k worth of stuff. I am not asc certified, however when I looked over the bill the stuff they charged her for was extremely over priced.

I came in today to purchase a corvette and did just that! I was in good hands with my salesperson Matt and his supervisors. Also can't forget about Samantha she was awesome with the technical aspects of vehicle. Overall wonder service from everyone today! Thanks again!

Lavery Automotive has an amazing, trust worthy staff dedicated to putting the customer first. I drove 4+ hours to their dealership because they had the exact car I had been searching for at a price that was perfect for me. The sales staff was excellent in their communication about the used vehicle, sent pictures and videos of the entire car, and touched up all the little scratches and dings on the car at no charge to me. There was absolutely no hassle or stress during my entire experience, and they were quick to follow up with me a few days later to make sure everything was perfect. It was easily the most enjoyable used car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

My experience with Todd Bollman at Lavery was Excellent. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire buying process. He spent a lot of time going over all options available to me with rebates, discounts, financing, etc. I had a lot of questions about different vehicles and Todd was patient and understanding and did not make me feel silly or awkward asking all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable in his job which meant no going back and forth to a superior for help. This made me feel more secure in my purchase as well. Todd and Mark were wonderful to work with. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that had some exterior hail damage that wasn't noticed prior to our commute up for the purchase. Todd and Mark went above and beyond to make sure that the car looked brand new. They even had it delivered it to my home (2 hours away) so that we wouldn't have to make another trip. sales man David Sherman worked really hard to get me a great deal on a new car. He went above and beyond my epectations and I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze. It is awsome the service you get there because as soon as I got my new car a gentelman by the name of Andy Hagan came out and step by step set up my onstar service and the smart phone app that goes with it. Then he helped me sync my blue tooth to the car. Just a great bunch of people up there.

My wife and I recently purchased a Cadillac SUV from Lavery. It was slightly used and we noticed a few things were not working properly after we took possession. Lavery was great to work with and addressed all issues, including non-warranty items. We lived about three hours away and they made it convenient as possible by sending a driver to switch out the cars and allowing us to use a similar loaner car. I went to quite a few dealerships in the northeastern Ohio area and when I went to Lavery I was surprised at how helpful they all were. They worked with me and found a car that suited me best and within my price range and made everything very easy for me. They took care of everything I needed to get started and fully detailed the car when I purchased it. Thank you for the excelled car and service. And a big shout out to Kyle for being extremely helpful.

I took my car here because I was told by an insurance adjuster that they were the best. The lady at the front desk was rude from the first time I went it. She didn't seem to enjoy her job at all.

Jump ahead 3 days. It took a Chevy dealership 3 days to fix a Ford car. Replacing the bumper & repainting the entire back end. When I went to pick it up, the car had bubbles all in the paint job, and the paint was all "orange peel". I went inside and asked the receptionist if she could please get a manager. She rolled her eyes and went and got him. He assured me that they would have it all fixed for the next time I came in and picked it up.

Again, 3 days later, I went to get my car. This time I actually drove away with it (it was raining). Due to the weather I couldn't tell the car still had "orange peel" and the paint had bubbles, there was dirt under the paint, my car smelled on the inside (brand new car still had new car scent when I dropped it off), and the paint wasn't even the same shade as the rest of the car. It was very noticeable when the weather permitted proper vision.

I called the adjuster, explained to him what happened, and he set it up with them that I would get a rental CAR comparable to what I have and they would re-fix the car for the 3x. I really wanted to go some where else by this point, but the man said that I could not since he had already paid Lavery to fix the car. I didn't complain because I had to pay no money for the repairs and I was just thankful that it was at least getting taken car of.

I arrived at Lavery with my Ford Focus (small car) and she didn't have a rental like I was promised I would get. Or at least she acted like it. She said the only problem is I only have trucks (why would I be told to come in to get a comparable car and be given a truck?). I have driven many different types of cars and I drive a large van (16 people) at work everyday. She acted like it was a big deal to be given the privileged to drive one of their really nice brand new 2015 trucks. She said " it only has 700 miles on it, thats how new it is."

My car is a 2014 and was brand new when I got it myself (not with my dad, fiance, mom or any type of other co-signer). She acted like I had never driven a new car before (which was very rude I thought, and not because I did have a new one, but what if I actually didn't? She could have really hurt someones feelings. To me though it just felt like she was talking down to me).

I took the truck and 2 days later I got another call that my car was fixed. I went in and picked it up. This time the paint job was done much better (still not the best work I have seen). There is over spray and its more metallic than the rest, but I am so done with that shop that I am paying for it to get repaired again on my own.

Again, my car was a brand new car, only 1 year old, and still had the new car smell in it. My car smelled like human pee when I got it back. I am still having a hard time getting the smell out. There is white stuff all throughout my car (whatever it is that they use to fix a car) could have been a number of things. Hand prints of it are on my back door (inside). My trunk sticks when I try and open it (which is didn't before).

All in all I am 110% dissatisfied with my service there and I will NEVER be returning or recommending them to anyone else ever again.

There is no excuse for an actually car dealership (not a hole in the wall body shop) to not know how to paint a car. I am completely discussed.

Easy entry into service facility. Rick greeted me by name and was ready to do business. I think I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and all services explained to my satisfaction.

I have never had an easier experience than I did with Tony Caserta at Lavery Automotive. I just told him what I wanted, well what my wife wanted lol, and we were driving home with our 2019 Equinox exactly one week later. You would think with the limited inventory out there today, due to the pandemic, we would have had to compromise but not with Tony. He took on the challenge and provided us with exactly what we wanted. Thank you Tony, Mark and Bill for making Debbie and me very satisfied customers with our choice of dealerships. We will definitely come back.

I was driving thru town when my check DEF fluid light came on, stopped by the dealer and explained to Mark that i was 400 miles from home and the lite came on and he was able to get me in rite away. I found out there was a problem in the def tank and that it was covered by warranty and that they had the parts in stock. After about 2 hours i was back on the road.This dealer and staff where top notch!!!! Mark in service I felt went above and beyond to get me going. The mechanic worked thru his lunch and they even gave me a ride 15 miles away to pick up a car i had to transport. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE !! THANKS AGAIN!

Everyone at the dealership was amazing to deal with, including Mr.Lavery himself. We made a last second trip from West Virginia in hopes of purchasing our ATS-V, and made it to town at 4am. I called as soo. As the dealer opened and they immediately had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. They made the entire purchase process quick and easy, with no pressure whatsoever. Our salesman, Terri, was fantastic and was sure to show my wife every feature and explain how to use everything. I won t hesitate to make another 4 hour drive to purchase from them again.

Madison replied to our internet request first thing in the morning. The sales manager Mark sent pictures of a couple blemishes before we made the trip. Very nice sale people. I knew alot of them already as customers where I work, so it felt like I was amongst friends. They don't work off commission, so they don't pressure you. Got the vehicle I wanted. Only negative was they sold me vehicle that had 6 recalls on it. But within 3 days of finding out, it was all fixed.

The service I would give 3 stars. Jim Wolfe was who my husband and I did business with. We bought a used Escalade and he was very helpful. He was upfront with us from the beginning and made the process painless and easy.

A month later and we are finding more and more problems with our vehicle. We did buy a 2009 however we were not informed of some of the problems that it had. From the first week we had it the battery seemed to die on us. We would be out and try to turn on the vehicle and it would be completely dead. The first time we washed it we noticed many scratches and rust marks that were un-noticable when we bought it. They must have used a black wax to cover up the scratches. The rear AC doesn't work at all and blows hot air. And we bought it thinking we were going to get a working navigation system. As we were purchasing the vehicle they said they would have to check with their parts department to see if they had the CD that is required for the navigation system. But the catch was that the parts department was closed so they would let us know Monday. Obviously they called us saying they didn't have any extras.
I will never go back to them to purchase another vehicle.

We purchased a car on Saturday from Dave Sherman. Our experience with Dave at Lavery was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had and the quickest. The customer service we received was amazing. After purchasing the car and getting home we had some issues we didn't notice before. I contacted Dave and he got right back to me at 8 pm on a Saturday night....3 hours after the dealership closed. He immediately resolved our issues first thing Monday morning. Since we live over an hour from the dealership he sent a driver to get the car and even left us a loaner car while they resolved the issues.

This is a terrible experience went to this dealer to get my vehicle fixed and this was my complete experience...the service center told me I needed 2 parts that I didn't really need tried charging me 476.00 went to another company got one part I needed and installed for 20.00 . That's not the best part yet when they checked out my car it was fully assembled when I got it given back to me part of interior panels were hanging off not put on right so I had them take my car back and fix it to the way I brought it in. Then I was told one other item needed fixed but it fell under protection contract so I scheduled an apt. With the dealership last week get to my apt at 8:30 this morning to hear that they don't have my part they maybe used it on another car ...wow this is absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable I'll never refer this dealership to anyone TERRIBLE TERRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF A BUSINESS !!!! NOT WORTH RATING

After checking out cars at a few other dealerships I decided to drive to Lavery and see what they had. This was a great decision because Sara and Mark were very helpful and found exactly the vehicle I wanted. Lavery has the friendliest staff and owner. I will be recommending Lavery to all of my friends and family.

Not a good experience for me and I wont be back I researched 2013 Ford Fusion prior to my appt and requested the carfax and Inspection report I took the car.for a test drive and immediately knew their was an issue as the car kept jerking with stop and go The mechanic came out and agreed it was the transmission and wont fix it although the inspection report said it was ok Dishonest

We visited this dealer today to look at a used vehicle. We were told that the price they list on the internet is the price you have to pay. There is no negotiation.(unheard of for a used vehicle) So if your looking to make a good deal on a used car, I would advise you to look elsewhere. We offered 98% of the listed price for this vehicle and they said list price only.

Not happy with the fact that I had an oil change on Friday, then on Saturday got emails from onstar that there was several issues plus engine light on and off. Engine also sluggish. Waited over 1 hour to find it had a bad part. Makes me concerned about my next oil change

Got a good car from there but the salesman I got didn't seem in any way motivated to do much. I also got a very misogynistic vibe. Not someplace I think I would buy from again. The certified service people are nice tho and do quality work. 5/5 certified service 2/5 for sales.

Took my truck I purchased there for service. I thought a wheel bearing was worn out. They sent me away, saying it was just ice build up. A week later the wheel bearing was grinding constantly. Took it to Sebring Tire to get it replaced.

Better late than never. We bought a vehicle from them in 2014 and it was one of the top experiences at a dealership we have ever had. The car was in good shape and priced well, And I m still driving it today with more than double the miles than it started with. We very much appreciated the fine staff and service we received, and will go here again should a future need for a vehicle arise. Thank you!!

Friendly and easy to deal with, I have purchased from here before and will purchase in the future

I started out pricing a GMC Sierra via the Costco auto buyer program at a dealer designated by Costco, but it was about an hour away from home. (Lavery is within walking distance.) From the Consumers Report Car Pricing Service I saw that I should be able to do better than the Costco price. I approached Todd at Lavery with that challenge. He accepted it and beat the Costco price by an acceptable amount. My only criticism is that the paperwork documenting the agreed price was a little informal leading to some confusion regarding what I was to pay when the vehicle was delivered. After I stood my ground, the agreed upon price was honored. I attribute the confusion to the lack of formal paperwork, not any attempt to deceive on the part of the dealership.
