Just bought a beautiful 2012 Buick Lacrosse from this fantastic dealership. From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted in a very respectful and professional manner. I was introduced to Buddy who was personable and so helpful to me in purchasing my vehicle.

Jim, the sales manager, worked in tandem with Buddy and was very kind. Returning two days later I was again greeted and helped in finalizing the purchase of my Buick. Once again Buddy had everything arranged and Chris led us thru the financial process with much courtesy and good humor.Sam gave us a tutorial on how to access all the bells and whistles the car possesses.

We were totally impressed with all who helped us including Sarah, whose tenacious follow-thru and bright spirit prompted me to drive the extra miles to this dealership. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MILES! I RECOMMEND LAVERY BUICK IN ALLIANCE TO ANYONE WHO IS IN THE MARKET FOR A GOOD CAR!
