My experience is based on Lavery's new General Man...

My experience is based on Lavery's new General Manager, Rich Dietrich, who I know outside of Lavery. Rich encouraged me to consider the dealership as a local alternative for my Cadillac service. My first impressions are very favorable due to all the other support staff that treated me well regardless of whether Rich was present or not.
