Hi! I wanted to tell you about the great experience I just had at Lavery Automotive. I had been looking for a replacement car for some time and, like everyone, used the internet to help in my search. When I found the right vehicle , I was somewhat put off by the fact that I live nearly 4.5 hours away from Alliance, OH. This would have to be a great deal with a great dealership, right? I made contact with the dealership via email and was contacted within an hour or so. I initially talked with Kristin in their business office who was just wonderful to talk with. She answered all of my (many) questions and then handed me off to Mark E. when we were ready to get a deal done. One of my key requirements was quick turnaround I wasn t looking forward to 9 hours on the road. Anyway, I showed up and met with Mark E. almost immediately. He showed me the car and, in the interest of time, had me test drive the new car with one of his associates while he inspected my trade. Long story short, we traded cars, I signed some papers and was back on the road in just about an hour and that s with one of their service people showing me all of the buttons and gadgets. I can tell all of you that I ve bought a number of cars in my life, but this was the most efficient, honest, straightforward deal I ve ever done for a car. All of the people - from the time you walk in until the time you pull off the lot - are just great. You just feel a good vibe from the moment you walk in. The only bad part is that I can t give them six stars!
