I'm third in command and help run a very large law firm with revenues that are well into the eight figures per year, and I personally have been using Alert for at least two years. They are not perfect, but they absolutely own up to issues and correct them. No company is perfect but (initially Ryan who was great too) Farrokh and Crystal have been pivotal in not only correcting issues but making sure that we get top notch service. It's people like them who make Alert the best service to use. We don't demand perfection, but we need to make sure they will fix issues. But since Farrokh and Crystal have taken over, we have been extremely satisfied with AC. They are responsive, take corrective measures, proactive, and professional. But the bottomline is that they are a great service to use. We love the fact that the AC agents are bilingual. We love the fact that we can depend on them 24 x 7. Every time I've called in to test how professional they are, they AC agents have not let me down. But I can't express how much I appreciate what Crystal has done, but now Farrokh has been the very best in getting things done for us. We've had multiple emergencies that had to do with growth and Farrokh was not only thorough but his support has been stellar. You can't get better quality and service than this team. I would highly recommend them and will not want to use any other service. We have been growing exponentially, and AC is absolutely scalable. Highly recommend. A solid five stars.
