We have been using Alert for several months now after using a number of intake/receptionist services and companies over the last few years. My contact is Francky Reyes and he's been amazing. I have had to make a number of adjustments to my account and he has been so responsive, attentive and professional through it all. It comes at a price but the quality of work and professionalism is worth it for me and my team. Big plus and some of the major reasons I switched to them is the 24/7 answering ability and native Spanish speakers on their team.
