We have just recently purchased our second Acadia Denali from Ed Martin. Love this car! So much room for our family, rides wonderfully. I feel very safe driving my family around in this car which is obviously very important. I also love dealing with Ed Martins dealership. Great people to work with throughout. We dealt a lot with Sam Alexander. He absolutely made our car buying experience so easy. He is very knowledgeable, organized, friendly and we feel he is very honest. He makes it easy to keep going back. I have also used the service department as well for my car maintenance. Once again, great service. I have never had a serious problem with my car. But I feel if I ever did, it would be taken care of with no problem. Great customer service.

This is our first Buick and we were loaded with questions but she was persistent in providing us with all the information we needed. Excellent service and very trustworthy. i bought a used pre-certified 2009 pontiac solstice from Ed Martin online. i live in california so i wasnt able to test drive it or take it to a mechanic, big no-no's in car buying from what i hear. i messed up on some of the paperwork (fed ex through usps) and so the transaction took a little longer and the dealership was very supportive. the car was shipped to me and the total price without state tax was a little lower than expected which was a bonus. i've driven it over a couple hundred miles now and im very pleased with my purchase. it drives beautifully.

I purchased a Certified 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 with 13,000 miles when I went to pick it up it had hail damage that they tried to get me to accept that way. I told the salesperson I would not buy a 13,000 miles certified vehicle new to me vehicle with hail damage. The manager had already left and the salesman had to call him. Then when it came to the paperwork we had agreed to a total price out the door then they raised it $160. My father grew up with ed martin jr and sure he would be embarrassed with customers getting treated this way. Now they are fixing the hail damage and I have to make 2 trips because they couldn't get it all done and don't have another opening for 2 weeks. Make sure you check everything they will try to rip you off any chance they can to make more on you.

Would be 5 stars but I was told at checkout that the $10 off any service coupon I had couldn't be applied to the everyday low price of the oil change /tire rotation. She said that $10.50 +/- was already taken off to get that $49.95 price. She eventually gave me the $10 off and made it seem that she was doing me a favor. I think she was confused.

Last 3 times I had an oil change here I d drop it off before 8am and would have to call at 4:30pm to get an update. This last time they still aren t done at 5pm. And they picked the rescheduled appointment time. Zero communication from the service department.

She helped me last year with a huge issue after I bought my truck from a different dealership and she was once again very nice with my routine oil change this week. I feel like upper management needs to be aware of this so please let this be known to whoever it should be. Also, my oil change took less than 45 mins which is great for a dealership!!

One of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. Jon (trade-in appraiser) and Tyler (sales) were absolutely tremendous to work with and were willing to respect my timeline and priorities throughout the process. They were patient and transparent and I could not have been happier with the communications with them. I ended up buying a different certified pre-owned vehicle from another dealer as Ed Martin didn't have the make/model I was looking for but all things equal I would have preferred to purchase from them. HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

He was very personable and energetic, and helped me out throughout the entire process. When I figured out exactly what Lacrosse I want, my price range, and what color I wanted, Rob searched for it in several states until he found it in Kentucky. My Husband & I drove 2 hours to look at a used truck, we needed a bigger truck to pull our boat, the one we owned was too small. We didn't need anything fancy, we both have daily drivers. We were extremely low balled on our trade in! We were insulted by the offer we received. Our truck was in better shape than the one we went to look at, the sales managers behind the desks just looked at us and never once engaged we felt very uncomfortable, our salesman was working with another customer & acting rushed when he finally gave us that terrible offer!! It was an all around terrible experience! I wouldn't buy a match box car from them!!!!!

Bought a used 2010 GMC Acadia from this dealer last Monday. Noticed that when I hit a bump that the backend fishtails. So Saturday I texted the salesman about the issue who refers me to call the service department. They made me an appointment for tonight which is Monday evening (a week since the car left their lot). I was told that to start that my rear struts are leaky and need replaced for $468! They refused to cover the costs of this repair due to me not buying the extended warranty and because this isnt a safety issue ! My vehicle fishtailing isn t a safety issue ?!? They sold me this vehicle with leaky struts and refused to fix the issue! I could understand if it was three months down the road, I wouldn t expect them to cover the repairs but one week?!? They don t care about the quality of vehicle they sell as long as they sell them. Horrible dealership and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone! I will be sharing this with everyone I know and will continue to write reviews of this dealership elsewhere in the hopes that I can save someone else from buying a lemon vehicle from this dealership!

What truly sets this dealership apart from the crowd is the all around level of customer service. The sales side of the business was great, but the shining star at Ed Martin Buick GMC is the service department! Tom and his team are truly the most caring and accommodating service department I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They really go above and beyond in comparison to any service team I have encountered. Honestly I have always had a bad experience with a dealership service departments when using other big name dealerships in Indiana, and felt like I was being taken advantage of... that could not be farther from the case here! I m not used to being treated so fairly by a dealership, but man am I glad my family and I found these guys. Without a doubt, we are Ed Martin customers for life!

Mr. Keith Baker was over the top in aiding us for the purchase we made from the very beginning and continued his professionalism through out the sale, A very good team player for you and seemed concerned to please his customer. His boss seemed to fully support Keith's work and was real nice to us as well, Ken Went. The financial portion was a slow process to get started because of several sales that day but when we enter that segment it went well also with Mr. Baker's assistance. Last weekend, I purchased a Yukon Denali from Keith Baker. This will make the second vehicle I personally have purchased from this location, but the 5th from Ed Martin as a whole. My family has also purchased multiple vehicles from the Ed Martin dealer market, & the experience is always nothing from the best! They have always taken care of myself & my family, I never feel that they are trying to take advantage or "get one over" on me.

Keith was an excellent salesman, I would highly recommend going to see him if you are in the market for a vehicle! I look forward to giving them the opportunity to earn my business yet again, when I am next in the market for a new vehicle!

Crooks. He sold my father a Yukon that had been wrecked, but told him it was never in an accident! After he brought it home, found a bent frame and the hood didn t even line up. The engine light never goes off, it has bad sensors for the air conditioning and 4WD, and the entire console for power windows popped off from the drivers side! The DVD system only worked the first week! These guys are criminals.

We set up a in person meeting and as someone who is fresh out of college, still working on building their credit and has been denied before I only came in to discuss options. My girlfriend and I were on our way to Kentucky from Michigan. Our car engine light turned on so I got off the highway and at a stop light the car seemed like it didn't want to accelerate. Shut the car off and turned it back on and it was fine. We stop at the hotel googled Buick dealers near us and found Ed Martin. Carol was one of the nicest people you would ever meet. Being far from home its hard and upsetting and scary for your car to break down but carol reassured us that every thing would be fine. I'm a firefighter I'm used to being a hero but Carol is definitely my hero. The best customer service ever. Taking us back to our hotel and picking us back up when the car was finished. For the second time in less than two years, I went straight to Ed Martin Buick to purchase my new car. I wouldn't even consider wasting my time shopping other dealerships. The car selection is excellent and the entire sales team is superior to any other car-buying experience I have ever had. My second Buick Enclave in less than 24 months. Why? Because the car is absolutely terrific. Equally terrific is Bryce Toll - the sales representative that sold me my Enclave. I specifically asked for him by name because of the outstanding experience I had with him when I purchased my first Enclave. Bryce is knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure that his customer walks away with a memorable transaction.
