I switched my law firm to Alert a few months ago. Their service has been wonderful so far, I could not be happier. They are always there and they are the perfect blend of gathering all important information while not spending 60 minutes on the phone with the potential client. Their customer service is some of the best I've seen from any company. Highly responsive and my account manager, Farrokh, is the best. Very proactive and responsible, it's as if I'm his only account. I would recommend this service.
