I have used Alert for law firm phone services and client calls for nearly a year and am very pleased with the attentiveness to our account and the regular guidance on how to improve our utilization of the services. Nancy was great at getting us teamed up with our team and Farrokh got us going with a tight schedule. Farrokh has continued to proactively engage with us to refine and optimize the scripts and process for effectiveness and cost.
I anticipate taking advantage of greater breadth of Alert's services in 2021.
