I have been with Alert Communications since 2009 and the service has positively evolved since that time. Ariana, in particular, has worked closely with me, either in trouble-shooting issues or making positive suggestions which I have implemented. I am one of those customers who wants problems rectified "5 minutes ago" and Ariana has never responded in any way other than extremely positively ... and with a smile!
