Don't go to Tracy Botha if you seek a compassionate, caring practitioner. I suffered from hormonal related fuzzy thinking, panic, hot flashes. It was all new to me and overwhelming. The very symptoms this so-called specialist is supposed to treat, are the very symptoms that she lacks compassion for. After my $360 initial appointment, I returned to pick up my vitamins. The office atmosphere was disorganized, as the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Not the patient's fault. I wanted to make sure I was getting the right vitamins, so a nice nurse practitioner said she'd help clear up the confusion. This was a BIG mistake on my part - as I didn't know that Botha was so threatened by this nurse being kind to her patient; I assumed they worked together! Several months passed as I waited for my upcoming appointment. Suddenly out of the Blue, I received a certified letter to my home, dropping me as a patient, no explanation. I thought this had to be a mistake; it made no sense. It was later confirmed that I was dropped because (due to my fuzzy thinking and confusion), I unknowingly allowed a nurse practitioner to help me. Maybe they are competitors; who knows?? I don't know her personal hangups, but for me? I was only trying to understand and make the right decisions. The stress triggered by This letter caused a relapse in my symptoms; not that I expect her to care. But now, I'm sort of nervous to ever ask a doc questions in the future. This was handled very unprofessionally. I felt a little better after I learned that I'm not the only one. This is a heads up -- before it happens to you, choose someone else.

Customer Service is terrible. Employees need to learn how to speak and communicate with clients in a respectable manner.

Dr. Marichal and his nurses are amazing! They're very friendly and easy to talk to. He (and the practice in general) is VBAC supportive and I had an amazing experience throughout my prenatal care and labor and delivery. I also love the new office!

Liz, who isn't even regularly my doctor's nurse, was absolutely amazing. I got some scary news one week before I was moving across the country and losing my current health insurance, and everyone else I called said there was no way to get an appointment before I left. Liz went out of her way to push my paperwork through and call my insurance company and get me an MRI within days and gave me a way to reach her if I needed more help and followed up so I could have the results before I left. She was so communicative and understanding and explained things so well; she was so genuine, funny, efficient, and kind, which is everything you would want in a medical professional, especially when you get bad news. Thank you so much for moving mountains, Liz. I greatly appreciate it.

I have been here twice and both times I ve had good experiences. I was seen by Dr Davis the first time, and Dr Caroccio the second time. Both are empathetic sweet professional women who explain everything and are there for any questions you have and ease your mind. When I decide to start a family I hope I m able to come to this practice.

Dr. Delker is fantastic! She takes the time to listen to her patients and is happy to answer any questions they may have. She is caring and always is thinking about next steps for patients to better their health. She alone deserves a 5-star review. However, I did have to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room which brought my rating of CWH down. If you have the time though, would highly recommend to be seen here for women's health care.

To the mother's who only wants a 5 minute ultrasound!!!
I seriously mean 5 minutes.
I am having my second baby and went in for my first ultrasound and the sonographer took 5 minutes to do the ultrasound out of 40 minutes that was scheduled. I am extremely disappointed in this place. 5 stars for what?? 5 stars to see if they can meet their quota of the month??
Or maybe Flagler Hospital took their time when doing my first ultrasound? Or maybe my midwife took her time listening to my unborn child's heartbeat. Or maybe she took her time to measure my unborn child?
Or maybe did I get spoiled and had a great experience at Flagler for my visit ultrasound??
Then since she only seen me for the 5 minutes out of the 40 that was scheduled, I sat and waited in the lobby for additional 50 minutes! Because of course I didn't get called back exactly on time to see my midwife! (my midwife was great)
So to all the future mothers who want an impersonal ultrasound of their baby and seriously a 5 minute ultrasound, this place is for you!!!

I LOVE North Florida Women's Physicians! I was originally referred to Dr. Erin Connor Werner for Gynecology because she understands Endometriosis and specializes in minimally invasive treatments. She reviewed all of my medical history in detail and devised a treatment plan just for me. I felt very comfortable with her, her nurses (Adrienne and Evelyn) and the office staff. Since then, Dr. Werner has delivered my 2 amazing sons! When you are expecting, you visit the practice often and get to know many of the doctors, nurses and office staff. My appointments were on time and got me back to my work day quickly! During my first pregnancy, I had many concerns and they encouraged me to call and they were always there. They even have a meet the team where you can interact with all the doctors and midwives before your delivery. I wouldn't go anywhere else, thanks NFWP!!!

I cannot express how wonderful of an experience I had with all 5 of my children here! Dr. Marichal is the absolute best! His bedside manner is perfect for a woman going through labor. All the nurses and staff are wonderful! I couldn t have asked for a better experience and would never go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough kind words about my midwife Christina Bennett. I feel so comfortable with her and she really listens to my needs every time I m seen. I really look forward to seeing her for my annuals. She really has a passion for what she does and her patients. I am so incredibly thankful I have found her!

Great place, great location and Doctors but most of the staff r not friendly, especially the kind of patients r sensitive

Kinda confused as to how this is a "comprehensive" center when I had an appointment on Thursday and needed an ultrasound but the ultrasound technicians were too busy forcing me to come back the next day and I was required to pay another copay! I was there 18 hours ago so they made $50 off of me and it wasn't my fault they couldn't finish the appointment! I've had other doctors waive a copay and this lady told me she didn't know how to do it and wasn't willing to find out. I guess someone has to pay for the new facility and it's me!

As other reviewers have noted, it can be a pain to get in their system so that you can schedule an initial appointment. However, in the long term it s worth the hassle. I moved to town at 9 months pregnant and it s hard to start a new ob-gyn relationship at that point. However, the nursing staff and practitioners here made it such a good experience. What a relief! Dr. Marichal was wonderful throughout the remainder of my pregnancy and birth. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new ob-gyn.

Was a patient of Dr. Walsh when she was at Gainesville OBGYN. Would follow her anywhere best ever. She really cares about her patients.

Love love love everything about this place! Love Nurse Liz, Dr. Marichal, and all of the nurses and receptionists. Everyone I see is warm, welcoming, funny, and get whatever I came in for resolved quickly! They really care about their patients here - so much so that I fly in from out of state for my appointments. I wouldn t go anywhere else!!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Million. I am beyond happy I chose her as my ob-gyn, and I even had two other doctors I was seeing while trying decide where/who to carry on my pregnancy with. Ultimately, Dr. million was not who delivered my baby, but I had met quite a few of the doctors in her practice towards the end of my pregnancy and felt comfortable with any of them delivering my baby. There were maybe 3 I had not met by the time I delivered, and it happened to be one of the 3 (Dr. Botha) who was the doctor at the time and it could not have gone better. She was amazing. I love their practice, and ultimately I loved Dr. Million (and her nurses) because of her availability and guidance throughout my pregnancy and issues that arose. I no longer live in Gainesville but I still contemplate the 1.5 hour drive when I get pregnant again because of what a great experience I had.

Just delivered our baby boy at North Florida with the help of the midwives and although they were all exceptional the entire time Christina was the one who delivered our son and it is hard to put into words how amazing she was and how special she made the birth of our son. Erin was also there for the night before and those two ladies are exceptional. When Christina delivered, her and the nurses made my delivery so comfortable and were so encouraging. When we decide to have another baby I'm hoping they are both still there because i know we will be in good hands with them.

Dr Harris talked about me loudly in the hallway. Then. When I reported it to the office manager they said they would handle it and give me a new doctor.she called back and told me to go somewhere else. Wow. Would def not recommend them.

I was able to make an emergency appointment the day-off and get an ultrasound and an appointment with one of the registered nurses, Casey. She made the exams better than usual because of how well she explained everything and was very helpful. She ended up referring me to the hospital for possible appendicitis, which if she had not, it could have ruptured rather than being just inflamed when I arrived at the hospital

Absolutely love my doctor. However the scheduling/billing department are the worst. They're unprofessional, they mock clients, and have no sense of compassion. My insurance covers all diagnostic imaging and I called to make my appt and whoever answered had a know-it-all attitude stating that my insurance gives misinformation and that I may be billed a copay (while she was giving me this information there was another woman in the background saying who aetna, which is my insurance, and continued talking in the background. I asked if they're was a way that I can talk to a billing department and the rude woman on the phone was like "I AM THE BILLING DEPARTMENT " and everyone in the back began to laugh. I work in the healthcare field and if anyone in our client services department treated our clients this way they'd be out of a job. These people are there to serve the client, they should appreciate clients, because without clients they'd be unemployed.

I used to go here years ago but stopped because I didn't need the OB aspect so I figured I stay local. Planning for the future and wanting to get established with an office that does both OB and GYN I decided to get re-established here. I met with Kelly Cynkar and absolutely LOVED her. Makes me sad she wouldn't be the one I'd be seeing once I need OB, but I am glad I'll have her in the mean time. Excited that they're opening their own office outside of the women's center that will be new!

I love, love, love Dr Hatfield at North Florida Women's Physians! She was my obgyn for my first pregnancy/delivery, and did all my prenatal care for my second until we moved. She has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever been to. She explains everything she does and makes sure you don't leave your appointment with unanswered questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for an OBGYN. Her staff is really great too! Short office visits and efficient employees.

Dr. Delker has helped us through two pregnancies, and we couldn't be happier. Our office visits have always been friendly and down to earth, and our many questions were always answered in terms we could understand.

My wife and girlfriend were there everything was the best

Never again. First, I had to wait for an hour before I could see the doctor. I was there for my annual gynecology check-up. The gynecologist (Dr Carroccio) answered several personal texts during the appointment and didn't seem very focused on the consultation. She didn't have anything specific to report and said that "everything was normal". Then she asked if I would like to order blood work to make sure my blood levels were fine. I said "sure", thinking it was a good idea. Well, I was not prepared for the surprise: when I checked out, I was asked to pay an additional $60 "because we discussed a problem"..... So basically, I was charged $60 for her to write a prescription for blood work. Unbelievable. They won't see me again.

Great office--Dr. Amy Million is very nice and the care is personalized. You don't just feel like another patient in the office. Office staff are well educated and the office is well put together and organized. I highly recommend this facility!

I love all the staff, nurses and midwives and doctors. Every time I receive care here I know it's genuine and exceptional.

I had a great experience my doctor Dr. Brazzel was amazing and Dr. Botha was awesome to get me epidural to end my pain. My nurses were all good but Rachel was the best above and beyond. Tony Gray was great he did my epidural and took great care of me. Doctor Brazzel explains everything so I fully understand he took great care of me and baby. I can't thank him and all the staff enough for how kind and wonderful they were to me and my family. And Angel in dietary was above and beyond she was so nice even with all my special requests. I love this hospital and the staff you have. Give these people mentioned raises they really deserve it.

Scheduled a visit for my wife with Comprehensive women s health, figure with COVID-19 on the rise, I would potentially have to wait outside but figured I could see the inside of clinic while dropping her off. at the entrance was the health screening medical assistant, clinic looks very promising with signs about covid preventions, however staff sitting behind desk, did not acknowledge us, waiting for my wife to ask her to be screened for appointment, which she proceeded with temperature screening followed by POINTING at me, stating he can t be here, he has to leave which she pointed the entrance door, seriously? Staff was in her 50 s and no one taught her any manners? Offered no explanation of why but pointing at door and telling my wife that I need to leave? I am Asian descent, speaks fluent English and she couldn t even speak to me directly? from business perspective who treats their customers that way? Needless to say VERY Poor experience.

Dr, Werner is amazing! So attentive and really cares about her patients and their families!

If someone calls reporting their fiance being in a wreck and wanting to get a checkup to make sure everything is OK. Ill give you a tip, ask if everything is ok, rather than asking 21 questions. The the doctor calls...rude also......

My experience with this office was absolutely terrible. I have three pregnant employees that recommended this office to me and my experience has been nothing but painful. After taking a month to get in for a routine exam no pregnancy test was run before giving me birth control. After 12 positive pregnancy tests they give me an appointment for two weeks out (apparently at this point a positive pregnancy test means I m pregnant) when I took another test after days of receiving positives I receive a negative I call the office obviously concerned and went in to take blood work. At this point nobody can answer my questions no doctor is speaking with me and nobody has any concern other than me. My blood work comes back negative but still no answers and nobody can answer my questions as to why I had so many clear positives and all pregnancy symptoms but no further signs of misscairage before the negative tests. Two days I call for my results and nothing, at this point I m still not upset enough to say anything to the office, you guys are busy, I understand. While extremely upset because I feel as though I have lost a child I am excited about and attatched to, still experiencing pregnancy symptoms and cramping, I call crying to try to get in for an ultrasound to see if I am pregnant or not, and to see if I m okay if I did have a misscairage that I couldn t see. After some crying they got me in today at 1, when I arrived it seems the doctor was annoyed with me. She told me she had no idea why I got so many positive tests and then a negative with no signs of misscairage and that I was never pregnant at all. When I asked for an ultrasound (what I was there for and thought I had paid for) she said there was no need and it was probably a fluke thing we will never understand. My appointment tomorrow that I originally scheduled to get in for being pregnant was canceled without asking me or letting me know. Only when I told them on the phone that I had an appointment tomorrow to see if I could change it to an ultrasound did they tell me that it had been canceled so I m glad I didn t show up to ask the questions that I have that nobody seems to have the care or compassion to answer for me. Never in my life have I been nasty to someone or left a negative review or even had the courage to be upset with someone offering me care before and still have not had anything but kindness for the doctor that saw me and told me I was crazy essentially and the nurses on the phone. Telling them I m sorry for bothering them and thanking them along the way. I believed I was pregnant and then I believed to have misscaired (I m still not sure) and I was never shown any compassion or motivation to figure out what happened to me. I m absolutely devistated by the roller coaster I have been going through with no help or answers from anyone. I don t know why I paid for an appointment to tell me it was all in my head and the 12+ pregnancy tests were a fluke from different brands. I believed I had a chemicals pregnancy and even that is unsure as a negative test and negative blood test could still show that I am pregnant with an ultrasound but I can t seem to get one with this clinic who refuses to give me one and instead just charges me to tell me I m crazy. So thanks to google and the countless websites for letting me know what could have potentially happened to me and no thanks to this clinic what so ever. I will not be recommending this office to any of my clients.

I have been calling to get into see an OBGYN since November, They told me because my insurance didn't kick in until January, I needed to call back then. I explained I am high risk due to a medical condition and my age and previous miscarriages, and they put me in the computer and told me to call back January 2nd and they would get me in. I called them first thing Thursday morning to schedule and was told they were very busy due to the New Year, and that someone would have to verify my benefits and call me back to schedule, It's now the end of Friday and I still haven't heard back. Absolutely horrible customer service. No worries though.... I found another OBGYN that was more than happy to get me in quickly and treated me with kindness. Will never recommend Comprehensive Women's Health to anyone.

Throughout the years I have had the pleasure to meet with all the physicians at Comprehensive Women s Health. They have all been very friendly and took their time addressing any concerns I may have had. I personally have been a patient of Dr. Carroccio for a little of eight years now, and she has always been absolutely amazing. Despite a previous review she does not rush you or make you feel like your health is not a priority for her. Dr. Carroccio has never made me feel rushed, and always made sure all my questions were answered before she left the room. When I became pregnant with my last baby, I was saddened to find out she no longer accepted OB patients although I understood completely. I chose Dr. Brazzel to continue with my OB appointments. Dr. Brazzel also is kind and caring, and never rushed an appointment. When delivery day came my baby was delivered by Dr. Walsh. I could not have had anyone sweeter deliver my baby than Dr. Walsh. She not only talked me through a difficult delivery she was encouraging. The entire delivery staff during this birth was perfect. However, when it comes to delivery at North Florida Regional Medical it is not a guarantee you will get a great nursing staff. My pervious baby although the doctor was very sweet, the nurses in the delivery room were horribly rude and should not have been dealing with patients, this of course being no fault of CWH. If you are considered becoming a patient of CWH and are wondering which physician to choose. No matter which physician you choose you will be in great hands. You will not find a better group of OB/GYN s than them. I personally will continue receiving my care from Dr. Carroccio.

Absolutely the worst. Spouse can t come into office when a procedure has to be done and not a small one bc of covid. But the girl sitting behind the desk is wearing a mask like a chin strap. So much for patient safety. Then you take our money at checkin without ever checking the patient in. Hour later go ask what s up As the appointment time has long come and gone being exposed to God knows what and you haven t even check the patient in. Got the money though. This place is a joke. Take yourself and your money and run

HORRIBLE experience here. I accompanied my sister here after she began to experience miscarriage symptoms. The office staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. You have to play a long game of phone tag before even getting them to schedule you an appointment. The physician we saw lacked bedside manner and clearly didn't even read the chart before coming into the exam room, as he started talking about what my sister could expect throughout this pregnancy and when her next appointments would be, only making her feel even worse knowing that was not what she would get to experience. To top it off, they prescribed her a medication to help her body expel the fetus and did not give her any pain medication, leaving her in excruciating pain with labor like contractions while going through the worst experience of her life. I work in healthcare myself and have never heard of a pain medication not being prescribed with this type of medication due to the fact that it does cause you a great deal of pain. A miscarriage is already a traumatizing, heart breaking situation to go through and this office only made it a million times worse on my sister. Ladies, please do not go here.

Dr. Delker is the bomb. She is funny, caring, informative and no nonsense, so you get everything you need without ever feeling overwhelmed or over informed.

Wonderful place, with wonderful people! A few weeks ago I had switched insurance companies. The new company did not cover the specific type of birth control I needed (healthcare in this country is absurd but that s for another day). With lots of phone calls back and forth between myself, the pharmacy, the insurance company and CWH I was finally able to get something that worked (kind of due to the lack of coverage). However, I could not be more thankful for CWH s help and specifically from Adrienne (spelling?). She was willing to help me with any questions I had and talked to the pharmacy and insurance company for me directly. Thank you for being there for me!
