We have used Alert Communications as our after-hours call center for years and I have nothing but the best feedback to give them (Especially Adriana who has always been amazing). They do whatever they can to make you happy even if it's outside the box/not what they usually do. We've looked at different options and tried different things and nobody has been able to match the quality of their customer service or the actual services they provide. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
