When I was told that my firm was switching our intake call center company, I wasn't too hesitant about the switch since I thought all intake call center companies were the same, but Alert Communications has taught me that there is a difference, and that is dedication to Customer Service, both on the calls with potential clients and dealing with the recruiting law firms. Alert has been more than happy to alter their system to our specifications and do not shy away from the work that goes into making the intake process as effective as possible. Couldn't think of using any other company now!
