The service of this hotel is excellent. A guy named Asif Khan helped us a lot. He provided us with the best service. Just love this hotel. Next time I will only stay in this hotel. Location is close to haram, rooms are spacious, bathroom small, especially tight for a larger person, very fast lifts and good breakfast array.
Unfortunately I slipped on some orange juice spilt in the restaurant and jolted my back which left me in extreme pain and unable to fulfil my prayers as I hoped to, you need every bit of strength for Umrah.
Staff were friendly enough and I got an apology from the manager who promised to send some desserts and fruits as we declined a room upgrade as we only had 2 nights left, this NEVER turned up nor did the next duty manager have any knowledge of this and on last day when I saw the same manager, i don't feel he took it seriously.
Poor communication and lack of ownership when something goes wrong, any other country they would have had a lawsuit.
I emailed the customer service manager and never received a reply, disappointed and would not stay at a rotana again due to lack of professionalism
My previous stays at pullman zamzam and dar ul tawhid were much better.

i am a frequent guest here but now the rooms r nt clean the housekeeping r nt gd atall .we want extra pillows nt ready to give us .the ac nt gd .before it was more than excellent but since one year its become down and down .
Excellent service and rooms. I was amazed as room was quite big and facilities were great. I highly recommend this Hotel to others if they are going to Mecca with family or looking for nice service and food options.
Stayed here for a 6 night stay in the family suite with part Kaaba view with a total of 5 people. The service here is exceptional. As soon as I reached my room someone came up and set up the extra bed that we needed. The safe wasn't working, but they showed up 10 minutes of me calling the reception to inform them about it. Breakfast is good. It requires two elevators and a short walk to get to the mosque - a 3 minute journey at the most. I also used the hotel taxi service for both ziyarat and a shuttle to Jeddah airport.
The only thing missing was a microwave in the suite. Besides that I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Alhamdulillah, this hotel can give us what we want. Comfortable worship, near the mosque, sleeping comfortably, eating well, living peacefully here. Umrah is more focused. Do not deter mikirij laundry, think about buying food, think about transportation to the mosque. Delicious is the point. I hope to get here again sometime.

Very poor standard's rooms are very small and crampped mouldy room's that stink broken beds and mattreses. We booked and paid for Harrah view and got room that had no view whatsoever. It's better to sleep in Harram then this stinky hotel.

bad quality compared to the price. they do not provide many of the 5 star hotel complementary stuff. no slipers, extra towels, prayer mat, etc. Once you ask they will bring it. well it should be there without asking. If we call it takes for ever to get our request solved. we had an issue with the airconditoning and we had to call 5 times and wait more than 3 hours. the room says partial view of haram, but honestly you see a tiny piece of haram. This is not my first time to hotel withing abraj aria during ramadan. however, this hotel is not good. I came for the name "rotana" because i do enjoy it in many other cities/ countries. but this one is not as per their standards at all.
