Stayed here for a 6 night stay in the family suite...

Stayed here for a 6 night stay in the family suite with part Kaaba view with a total of 5 people. The service here is exceptional. As soon as I reached my room someone came up and set up the extra bed that we needed. The safe wasn't working, but they showed up 10 minutes of me calling the reception to inform them about it. Breakfast is good. It requires two elevators and a short walk to get to the mosque - a 3 minute journey at the most. I also used the hotel taxi service for both ziyarat and a shuttle to Jeddah airport.
The only thing missing was a microwave in the suite. Besides that I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
