Very large rooms .Close to haram . Breakfast is fantastic. For Pakistanis too BcoZ mAny dishes like allo sabzi, Suki ka halwa, andam Aloo were off Pakistani taste. Big variety of fresh fruits. V good coffee. Big variety of fresh breads. Live omlettes making not available. Omlette is placed in pots. Breakfast is in more than one resturant so no crowding.

Iron available with stand.
For cell phone charger you to ask for adaptor. No round pin plugs in room.
The two loft system is not comfortable.
One lifts/elevator takes you to reception designated as P11, then go out of lobby and take another elevator , although close to exit , to level 0 zero , Haram.
The commercial area is huge and complex .
Anyway best to stay.

Hotel chief chef Mr Hakim UL Islam is very humble person. He is very caring. Similarly Mr Nazir Ahmad Room Service Manger is Lsi a very caring person.
( Please note They were new to me. Not my friends).
Somev dishes are changed every day which is great.
House keeping staff V curtious. It's worth staying .
Separate Prayers halls for men and women are available at floors P9 and P10. Hotel is at P11.
Elevator waiting time even in peak hours is in seconds as lifts are very fast.
In room adhan and prayer can be offered . The sound system with a volume control is installed in room.
Excellent idea.

The service is worst than a 3 star hotel and may Allah guide mr abdelwahab and colleague with politeness and the way to speak to the guest. We had heard a lot about the bias attitude towards Asians of the hotel staff but we still went ahead with our bookings here hoping the feedback to be wrong but unfortunately the front desk and the luggage service proved us wrong. Front desk people are extremely rude. I regret my booking here and this my last time in Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana. And would strongly not recommend this property to any of my family and friends. We visit the holy city 4 times a year.

A bad hotel, dealing with the worst staff, and not answering and answering the phone. My reservation was canceled before I arrived for hours, which caused me embarrassment with the parents, and with us senior citizens, and they did not allow me to book from the reception.

The location is close to haram but it's very hard to find in the clock tower and they don't fix the things broken in the room but they give you plenty of towels and bottled water! Free WiFi but it's slow, don't expect to play Xbox live because that's not why you go for Hajj! Buffett is pretty yummy, esp desserts, expect biryani daily but they have lots of other yummy things too

The rooms are small as compared to other 5 star hotels in the vicinity, the bathrooms are too conjusted, their room service is pretty bad too, the housekeeping staff makes you feel unwelcomed with a sour face and arent regular in checking with you for cleaning the room. The internet is pathetic to say the least, you can even watch a youtube video at 240p properly, its that bad. Don't even think about going for a download. Breakfast is good, and their elevators are pretty fast, thats one hell of an advantage if you're getting late for salah. Overall I wouldn't recommend to stay here for the price that they are charging. Fairmont would be a better option as they have better spaced rooms, a health club which includes a gym and a sauna etc. their only drawback is they have very slow lifts, you'd probably have to leave a good 20 mins before Azan if you are to catch the salah in Haram.

Great reception, quick and easy check-in with Ahmed and the room service is excellent as they are interested in the service and comfort of the guest as much as possible as well as the service of the restaurant and the taste of eating is excellent ... The hotel deserves praise and I did not have any problem like me in neighboring hotels with reception, room service, cleaning,

Marwellous experience over all. The hotel's location, speedy lifts, spacious rooms, yummy breakfast and the house keeping manager Mr. Mustafa is really concerned about room cleaning. Couldn't find any fault accept one thing that there should be a wall clock in the room and if that clock also contains a prayer alarm that will be really helpful for us.

A beautiful hotel and distinguished by its direct view of the Haram and the Kaaba .. It also features modern decor and furniture .. It is characterized by limited parking for guests as possible .. There is a chapel and restaurants serving various oriental and Western meals .. There is also reception reception sessions and coffees and offers Arabic coffee with dates As a guest .. The hotel is faulty small restaurant and limited sessions in spite of the distinguished menus of them .. Of course prices are somewhat high like the rest of the hotels surrounding the campus

Mesba and Nasim provided excellent room service. Dining service was also really good. The only downside is that we had three families staying at the hotel and we requested to have all three rooms on the same floor, but the hotel did not honor our request. Also, the shower space is a bit narrow.

Bad bad very very bad, I can say that it is the worst hotel I have ever tried in my life, everyone I encountered in the hotel does not enjoy any description of the qualities of the customer service staff. Unfortunately the hotel is very very material, canceled my reservation with an excuse is unacceptable and this has attempted to withdraw the price of the room The right face and when I review them did not do anything where you contact the bank and cancel the credit card

1- The people at the reception were very friendly.
2- The decor of the main lobby had red cloths attached as if it were some type of gift wrapping. I would remove all that immediately because it downplays the hotel lobby which could look much nicer without it.
3- The shower stall in the room is small and made me fell closterphobic.
4- Haram and prayer area are easy to access.
5- If you re totally into health food you might not find anywhere in Macca to eat. The food was tasty but so many dishes like the rice were clearly doctored with MSG or Maggi.
6- Nestle water is served in the food halls. This water contains high levels of chloride and fluoride which arw both cancer causing hallogens, the water needs to be changed.
7- sitting in the room during room cleaning made my eyes tear, and my cheat wheez, why? I hate that you cant open a window in high rise hotels. They used chemeical air freahner, chemicals to clean the bathroom, and a chmical to clean the glass covered table. I am still wheezing from these chemicals. If hotel is interested in safe non-toxic cleaners contact me and I ll be happy to assist. But these do cost more but then the hotel is not cheap.
8- My frustration wants me to rate lower like a 1 or 2, but in fairness I d give them 3-4. If the bathrooms were better and toxic cleaners were not used I would rate 4-5..

We had a very small room divided by halves and each half had two double beds and the second one was solitary. The water cycle was damaged, and the mattresses were dirty, with insects and feathers. And the receptionist sitting sat in front of the employee with him and laughed and pulled at us, thank God I went to Magalst it.

It was a miserable experience that I rented in this very bad hotel and the worst reception I've ever seen before there is no lobby for the hotel just a desk in one of the corridors in front of it 4 chairs the customer is waiting to stand until he finds out before him to check in
The pictures are deceptive during the booking in fact hardly called a look we do not see from the Haram Sawa one ear
They withdrew my reservation twice and so far have not returned it and waited 14 days
The room was narrow and could not pass from the sides of the bed to only one person because they had tightened the room with a large table in front of the bed
The restaurant has a broken door hand and I stayed in the bathroom for more than 5 minutes
Room services are very slow and late
Access to the sanctuary requires a lift between the elevators and there is no direct elevator to the campus
There is a door between my room and the next room we hear from it until the whisper there is no privacy
