Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana Review

Al Marwa Rayhaan is truly meant to excelent service and the great ambiance. If any one want to travel to Holly City of Makkah then I must recommend Al Marwa Rayhaan.

One of the worst hotels in my 5-year-old hotels I've seen throughout my life. Although we warned 2 towels 2 water was always served 2 people in the restaurant for the first 2 days after the beter in the restaurant they ate in the top of the food as well as the ruin of 5 varieties did not pass bulgur pilaf and macaroni and everything was limited to the fruit and orange fruit was orange and apple so much I don't know if there are any other hotels where you can pay third class people and I do not come to the place for the first time. They found another one and found a smooth one. They took notes when they told the hotel authorities but they didn't do anything. the five star of this hotel certainly does not deserve.I do not halal my right.Empty to the hotel both leave us there unattended to tourism.

My good experience seemed from the valet parking service until the check-in and check-out procedures and the breakfast varied but the taxi fare was a bit high

One of the nice hotel on makkah, really near to masjidil haram. Location little bit to find since we need to move to some lift specially for elder...

Great hotel.. nice and large hotel, room was big and clean, also with the lobby.. many kinds of foods during breakfast.. also licated on very strategic place.. just go down from the lift.. we can reach al haram. Only 2 minutes

Absolutely great hotel with large,spacious rooms and great staff always on hand to help you with anything. Nice, clean bathrooms and great room service.

To be honestly washroom is congested and breakfast is not good, it must be change for foreigners it is same thing everyday.
plumbing work is required for washroom.
Electrical power adjustable is required.
No good fragrance in room
Some consumables missing for regular uses

Rooms were lovely and
Spacious
Breakfast was delicious
No complaints

The service is good and the employees are especially good to clean the rooms and the reception as well as the buffet is very good. The hotel is faultless because there is no lift on the square directly, the attached picture is from the outdoor buffet tables

Success is always awake ... inside there is skating msg2 for 2 people ...

It was a pleasureful stay. I was with my wife and 2 kids. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is very close to Haram. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is cooperative and the locatuon is excellent. Corridors are smelly.

The guest comments are not helpful. All lie and praise the staff for giving him the half hour extension or giving him Fine .. The reception staff have their morals and represent themselves only

The hotel is excellent and the service is very good .. Breakfast area needs to be expanded to suit the number of pilgrims and especially the peak

Clean and affordable. The only issue is the transportation and how to get there especially during Ramadan and Hajj

The hotel has an excellent location, comfortable and the size of the standard rooms is good and the breakfast is excellent and is available on two floors and the dinner buffet I like especially on the terrace overlooking the sea ..

Thank God the hotel is near the Al Haram mosque "King Abdulaziz Gate 1". The dining room above, the wheelchair can enter because there is already an elevator. Thank you all smoothly thank you.

The closest tower to Kabe. This aspect was excellent. Employees are good. They do clean, but there's a finger dust in the furniture. Food was good.

Room service, house keeping and facilities do not match the 5 star standard. I reserved a triple bed room but they provided me a double bed room & said that we don't have triple bed room available at the moment. The only plus point was view of Kaaba

the room is good, room service too. but the bath room and toilet is rather small i think. also, i suggest that far east buffet has more variations in food. overall, i love to be there, but sorry, only 4 stars (fot now). i hope i can visit again later

A very comfortable place in the Zamzam Tower only takes 5 minutes to get to the Kaaba

Overall accommodation is somewhat nice for the proximity of the Haram only ... and if the features and services there are better hotels and higher and lower price of it much ... but far from the Haram distance ..
