Good location. Rooms need some upgrade as they looks dated. Daily room cleaning staff not very attentive.

Excellent and quiet compared to the hotels around it
The availability of elevators and the lack of crowds and the buffet varied
The view is partial to the Kaaba and the Haram.

The staff is comfortable and the staff is helpful and always stay in it

The hotel location is the best. breakfast is amazing it has asian breakfast and eastern and middle eastern kinds. alao it has two floors of brrakfast. the first floor is outdoor looking at Ka'aba and Alharam. they welcome you with a nice smile. the room is quite big but the toilet and bathroom is very small. the hotel is clean it is 4 to 6 minutes away from Almasjid Alharam. it is in the building od clock tower. so, you pass through the beginning of shopping stores going to the lift. you can have a supermarket and alot of restaurants in i think 4th floor. it is my best recent experience in visiting Makkah. may Allah protect this country and everyone visiting us. We are happy having visitors.

Staff is great and so is the property. It's ideally located and less expensive then it's competitors in the same location.

The location of the hotel that I like the most here, is very strategic because it is in the Zam-zam Clock Tower building, so this hotel is suitable for those of you who are living with parents and children. Even though the view of the room that I stayed in was not exactly facing the Kaaba, we could see the 3rd floor prayer place and the courtyard of the Grand Mosque as seen from our room.

The food menu is also delicious and varied, in accordance with 5-star hotel services.And the only thing is the view of the restaurant is good, right facing the Grand Mosque, so we can enjoy eating at the restaurant while looking at the Grand Mosque down there.

What I like best is when it comes to prayer time, we don't have to rush to the mosque. We rarely pray outside the courtyard of the mosque, we always get a place in the mosque room on the 2nd and 3rd floors even though we get out of the hotel when the call to prayer echoes.

What you need to watch out for is the malls / shops around the clock tower, don't let us become complacent about multiplying thawaf in the mall. My advice is to multiply thawaf in the Grand Mosque, not in the Zam-zama building mall tower: D.

Some of the rooms overlooking the Haram .. Good service even if the faster the best .. Bathroom door room scenes bed or family and preferably in the room corridor .. Rent room 540 SR with breakfast in 1427 The restaurant needs more diversity in the food .. To connect the hotel ride two elevators .. The duration of four days has not changed the bed linens only .. Nice, the rooms overlooking the Kaaba are very limited, especially for the upcoming period as the new minaret will block the view from some rooms.

The worst hotel experience in my life ever. Lack of professionalism, poor service, lack of respect and appreciation for the guest, and an unbearable amount of disposal. Among the situations that, on July 22, I called the customer service to ask them about the value of renewing the stay in the hotel and expressing my desire for that. The employee s style was the height of barbarism and streetism in addition to his lack of tact and availability of information, which forced me to turn off the speaker immediately after raising his voice to me and you can return to the recordings where he uttered on me The verbal employee indicates bad manners and lack of professionalism and attacks me by calling me repeatedly to my room number 1730 to make up problems with me and threaten me and raise his voice on me. He even pulled the phone from another colleague until he attacked me and threatened me. And that was exactly 3 o'clock in the morning of July 22. This forced me to check out from the hotel immediately, out of concern for the safety of my family ... knowing that my stay was from the date (18 to 22 July). My stay was a disappointing experience and for the long-standing name of Rotana, as I chose this hotel due to my knowledge of its professionalism and the quality of its services in Dubai, but unfortunately, it turned out that you are the dark side of Rotana with all its worth. Note that I will submit a report to the Tourism Authority and mention my experience in Google Map, Agoda and Booking in order to avoid others being subjected to the barbarity of the reception staff and their lack of respect and appreciation.

5 star hotel in Zam Zam Tower. Near the haram mosque. From the hotel 5 minutes walk. Near gate 89 and 90. From the hotel room go down with the elevator to the lobby. From the lobby look for the elevator to Haram 0 floor

A truly comfortable experience. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating especially a guy called nazim. Make sure u ask for him. Facilities are as good as they get here. Breakfast is pretty decent with a great view of the haram. I must mention that spending 6 nights here, the breakfast becomes boring. The only thing is that they serve the same things every single day with minor variations that dont really impact breakfast selection. The rooms are spacious however bathroom i found to be abit tight. This hotel is extremely close to the haram. During busy periods you will have to wait a while for the common elevator but that's the same issue in all the hotels part of the towers. Still faster than most hotels and right in front of a convenient entrance to the haram. Definitely worth booking again because the price is pretty decent for location and 5 star grading.

The hotel is wonderful and beautiful and the nicest view on the Haram al-Makki and the service of registration and exit is quick and thank the brother Bakr employee service bags for good treatment and cooperation and spirit of initiative

Absolutely great hotel. Premium room was large with 2 bedrooms 4 beds. Bathroom needed updating but facilities were good. Breakfast is good with a large variety to choose from though busy staff kept the buffet well topped up. Situated in makkah clock tower, haram is just a few yards away. Overall an excellent stay with staff being friendly and helpful.

The worst hotel is possible to block, the sound insulation is very bad and the sound of your grandfather .. You booked a room with a double bed to be close to Snklz side of some .. The reception asked for Shi and no one responds to you .. If in negative stars I chose

Excellent location and very convenient for worship. The hotel's parking map is wrongly posted in their website so reaching there is simply an hour business. Rooms are kind of conjusted and even toilets are not clean as it should be in a five star. I feel that the staffs starting from the front office till HK are not so well trained because again this property does not have scarcity for business due to its location. Service mentality has to be improved. Rotana is a brand known for luxury and quality but at this property we don't feel that class! I would surely want to go back to this property because of its location and convenience. I will be satisfied for the money spent if the property can add perfection. There is a masjid for gents and ladies in the tower but there is no boards or markings available near the hotel. The security or even the front office does not even guide us with such info. May be they are too tired of the frequent crowd they face throughout the year...

Booking a suite at this hotel was the biggest mistake ever , from the front door at the basement nobody was there to guide us to reception, once I figured it out and asking some security staff I reach to the reception and had to deal with the worst receptionist ever to work in a hotel she was very strict that I will only get my suite after 4pm and I had to wait since 1:30 , I think the hotel management should revaluate their staff to see if they have the hotel standards, definitely this will be the last time I book at this hotel.

5 star hotel in Mecca. Exiting the hotel building we immediately entered the courtyard of the mosque. Only 5 minutes drive to enter the Grand Mosque. This hotel is very comfortable. Room is spacious. The restaurant is also big with good food.

How beautiful hotel
Located in front of masjidil haram... what a strategic place. You can pray so close. You can go back and go to masjidil haram again.

In over all was not that good experience and I personally hated that bathtub because of its small size and there were already some parts in the bathroom are falling apart. The place Of it as well was not right.
