An amazing hotel with rooms having view of Haram,not all but most of them, alhamdulilah,an amazing service with fantastic staff.the buffet breakfast is great with a wide spread of food available, it is very convenient for the elderly to stay at,as it very near to Haram,the hospitality is the best and the rooms are lovely with the Haram view.. Alhamdulilah,Allah Akbar...May Allah make it easy for all of us to visit this holy place with comfort and with safety.

Excellent service, hospitality, cleanliness and reception

A beautiful and wonderful experience in all respects, although there was a delay in receiving the room due to the crowding, but the beauty of the place and its proximity to the Haram make you forget everything ..
The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied and overlooks the Haram square

Great hotel with an amazing staff! It is right in front of Al Haram and situated on top of the Al Barj shopping complex. Our room was great with a partial view of the Masjid and a breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Whenever there was an issue (phone not working, tv not working, door not closing) the hotel staff was prompt in addressing it. Thank you to Sameer, Hussain, and Rifat for your excellent housekeeping service and thank you to Danish and Rayan for providing excellent dining service! Highly recommend.

Honestly the hotel does not upgrade to be a 5 star hotel unless they have made some modifications to the decor and service but my stay was well maintained near the hotel from the campus and the breakfast in the hospitality restaurant was very good

A guest at the Marwa Rayana Rotana Hotel, the Haram, Makkah, and the Al-Bayt Towers
The hotel does not deserve 5 stars.
I arrived and there are no stops.
I had to pay 300 riyals for two days for parking outside the campus.
I went up to the room after paying an additional 500 riyals to take a room overlooking the heel.
The room smells very bad and is not qualified for hosting.
Even my feet are dirty from the dirty carpets.
There is no hot water in the room.
There is a water leak in the bathroom.
The TV is not working.
The workers came and fix the TV.
Then, repair workers came, leaking water.
But there was still no hot water.
The view of the room on the Kaaba at a small angle is forbidden and paid the extra.
The seating is hurtful.
The workers are uncooperative and do not understand the meaning of religious tourism.
And a shortening of the Ministry of Tourism with such a classification.
The fridge is empty ...
No bath towels.
There are only towels.
Where is your role, Ministry.

The hotel is good but its a problem except the bathroom is very narrow and the water and water are walking along the terraces

A comfortabl place to stay at....clean room n washroom is also superclean.The room in wich v wer staying had a haram view with bright natural light,wich made the room cozy

Worst Experience and the hotel services were extremely poor. The customer care service, reception and house cleaning all of them had zero sense and value of customers. Despite of calling them several times for the house cleaning or for the extra blankets needed, nobody bothered to take care of our requests. This was our worst hotel experience in my whole life. I hereby suggest Rotana group to carefully look at these improvement aspects. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, the restaurant is also typical of Indonesia, usually used by Indonesian pilgrims
