Facilities & B'fast were on the top level ,as well the room Service by Riyadh & Rafeek

I love the hotels nearby for my heart in Mecca and of course all the towers of the hour are clean and luxurious but this is not even their breakfast is wonderful and overlooking the campus

Slowly serviced by the hotel, its location is very close to the campus

One star and many after, I will not repeat the experience in the residence in this hotel because of the bad dealings, the receptionist Sami Al-Otaibi lacks the lowest standards of the art of dealing with guests, his treatment is very bad and the word is not appropriate for a reception employee
They feel that they give you the room for free

Booking online and practical desk experience was very bad. What services highlighted on the on line booking was not at all honoured by the hotel. Rooms good but aminities not as per standard. Front desk staff to be more coperative.
I treat this as cheating if things do not match with the on line booking and actual.
Please ensure better service.

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean .. buffets to suit the taste buds.

It is not rated as a five star hotel, the rooms are cramped and the furniture is not good and lacks cleanliness inside the rooms, there are no pamphlets to guide the guest in terms of roles and places of restaurants, Wi-Fi is weak, staff are very helpful, experience will not be repeated

This hotel was a little disappointing. For a five star hotels the bathrooms were not all that good and neither was the breakfast.

Kindly update your prices on roomsxml its showing 11 lakh pound is ti make sense

A wonderful hotel overlooking the Haram cleanliness and arrangement and security guards are very helpful to serve the guests of the Rahman

The worst check-in I am facing last 20 minutes now the counter man said the engineer working in your room wait more 15 minutes. Bad start Rotana hotel macca let's see what's next after getting room. Poor services

I stayed at rotana for four days at seventh floor it was wonderful days i practice all to stay in rotana room it was comfortable very neer from harm special thanks to housekeeping team Ahmed salama it was global man thx rotana will coming again

Great hotel, large room with great views of masjid haram. Customer service was great as was thefood.
Hotel is located above the shopping centre adjacent to the masjid. Only downside was wifi was abit weak in the hotel room

I booked through Boeing a view of the Haram, but the day I arrived I had to change the room and pay the difference in order to see the appropriate view of the Haram.

Car service is very bad, and I do not recommend that they take 150 per day, and parking is not in the same place, and from the day you enter the car you can not take it unless you come out and you must speak to them an hour before they come to answer it

After 7 months of my attachment, complaints, claims and false promises from the reception manager for compensation, I have not been compensated, and the problem is now that they dismiss me when it is more accurate.
I only say God is sufficient for me, and yes, the agent is upon you

Just got lucky to be there, breakfast is very good.

Most enjoyable experience at Rayaan Rotana. We booked 2 quad rooms and firstly were put up on the 1st floor (my parents hoped for the top floor and Haram viee) I went to see the reception desk and a charming chap called Aziz served me. He was super helpful and and gave us 2 quad rooms with connecting door, Haram view and towards the top : ) shukran to Aziz for making our stay a memorable one

The hotel rates are good but the booking method is tired because of the hotel booking routine. Your booking may be canceled even if it is confirmed

The hotel's restaurant is one of the best restaurants

5 star hotel. Closest to the Holy Mosque. Located in the clock tower complex

It is nice and clean hotel. Rooms are spacious although bathroom is small in some rooms. Staff is nice and cooperative especially Mustafa he took good care.

Bad hotel in the sense of the word I do not know how it was rated 5 stars and in any case filed a complaint with the Tourism Authority

The place and experience was amazing. A small drawback and rooms have connecting doors and noise from other rooms can be disturbing. However, when we complained about it, we were immediately shifted to a better room and the staff was very accommodating. Thanks

Very good place and very helpful staff and stay near to haram

Great hotel, very close to Masjid al Haram. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean, we had 3 rooms booked and all were excellent. Had 3 kids between 5 and 8 and no complaints from at all. Again very close to Haram so cannot ask for more.

Outstanding and efficient customer service. The breakfast buffet was also very nice and the location is very convenient as it is right next to the masjid and next to a large mall.

In Makkah Towers at the time of the hour, and it has parking, only 150 riyals per day.

There is no oven or gas .. you have nothing but restaurants below you.
The services are all below you. You don't need to rent a car.
If you come to them an hour before dawn, they count you from yesterday as a whole day, and if you come after dawn you increase 300 riyals, and if you come after 8 in the morning a new day.
Breakfast is busy and good and they have two restaurants.
The view is a complete angle, meaning you sit in the corner, by God, looking at the part of the Kaaba.
If you would like to extend the entire Kaaba dish, you should have the Swissotel hotel, but they treat them badly.

Close to haram, friendly staff gets 4 stars, 1 star lost as bathrooms are small and cleanliness could be improved as could the quality of the breakfast.

Alhamdulillah Got a Room Overlooking the Kaaba ... if not hurried down at the Mosque ... Prayers in the Room can face the Kaaba
