5-star hotel

Great customer service and decor. Loved the food. Convenient location, can walk to mosque when you hear the Adhan. However there can be a wait for the elevators when everyone is heading to prayer. Excellent buffet, the chef did a good job in producing a comprehensive cuisine of different countries.

One of the nicest hotels in Makkah .. Drop down where I and the family and feel the calm and comfort .. And cleanliness distinct .. I recommend visiting and booking it.

The hotel is more than excellent but it is close to the Schweiten campus

It is an excellent location where you are 10 minutes walking to Al Masjed Al Haram, shops and restaurants are near too.

It is a very nice place, close to the Holy Haram and its distinctive services

The worst experience I had with my family.
One of the Bruchures mentioned how calm the hotel is. To find out that they deliver the noise to you. There are 500 rooms in this hotel but not one is not affected by the Hummering of the A/C.
I had to change rooms 3 times. Each room is defected in some way. Either the fridge not working ,noisy or showers leaking the water into the rest of the toilet.

Woodworking inside the rooms is terrible specially in toilets.

Some of the staff is responsive and others just don't care.

The only thing that somehow still works is the breakfast.

This hotel doesn't deserve a 5 stars rating.

A beautiful place and in the hotel stands that you are a free guest and is available for those who want to stand for a certain time at ten riyals and the place is close to the campus about 750 meters and the rooms are clean and there is an open buffet breakfast free

I stay 15. 16. 17. Of ramzan in this hotel at 3rd floor. in this year 2017.

The hotel is located near to Masjid al haram.it is clean and neat.service is good.all are exelant.Only negative is the drinage in bathroom.The hotel managment must rectify that problem.Totally all are good
