Many bugs. Very dirty. No sunlight. AC without control.

Close to Nabawi Mosque, the room need cleaning not just replacing the blanket

Very small and inconvenient room. I don't know the other type of room. Not very clean either.

Comfy,aircorn available the bed is great the room are clean the only complain i have is the water we used to clean ourself after using the toilet is a little slow. stayed in room 1414

The hotel is pretty close to the Grand Mosque, around 200-300m. However, the facilities available are very unfortunate. The rooms are very small, the bathroom has problems, some hotels are very dirty or not maintained, and many more. For those of you who want a hotel close to a mosque with intermediate facilities maybe this could be an option, but for those who want facilities or comfort I suggest this is not an option.

Hotel is great and close to the campus is a 5 minute walk

Room is dirty, toilet is the worst..do not even change bed /mattress sheet from previous guest.

Room have no space since they added extra bed for gaining a extra profit :p

.insects crawling under the bed, not worthy for 3 stars hotel..even budget hotel better than saraya"s room hotel.

But credit for hotel staff friendly and efficient.

Its only advantage is that it is close to the Haram but its rooms are very narrow and there is no internet

Very close to Al Haram, mecca. Just 5 minutes down the lane like 200 Mtrs from gate no 1 aka king abdul aziz gate.
The WiFi here never worked, hotel reception can speak English, lifts are always malfunctioning, if you're getting your room on the backside like B block there's no natural light or ventilation, food depends on your caterer.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The positions are narrow and very close to the Haram. Time is 25 riyals
