Great desert lounge. Not cheap but good choice. Quick service. At peak times you will have to queue.

Unfortunately we had bad experiences, very poor table service, our order was delayed and missed out items from our order. Very poor handling of the situation, it was our first experience, very disappointed. It was mothers day which was ruined because of the treatment we got.

Nice place and staff. Poor choice for them who have a lactofree diet.

Incredible selections of crepes, waffles and pancakes plus ice creams, milkshakes and more. Stay away from here if you care about your shape :P

You may have to wait for a table which tells you that people are desperate to get in here and now I know why!!!! I'm not a dessert person myself but my god this place is excellent. Well worth a visit once or twice a month!! Good things are worth waiting for and this is no exception! happy eating

Been going to indulge for a few years now. This place is awesome! Deserts are always on point. Prices are reasonable aswell. Every time I've been, the wait is around 15 Mins, but definitely worth it. Ordered the peanut Butter chocolate on waffles, nutella milkshake and some nachos.

Underwhelming and surprised it has so many good reviews. We were a party of 5 and received our food one at a time with like a 3 minute wait between each one. Most peculiar, I can only imagine the staff didn't think this was wrong given they More

Best dessert place in North west London. Huge selection of tasty desserts and ice creams as well as well as savoury snacks. Perfect for catching up with friends any time of day or night.

this place is a great evening out, loads of choice and lovely staff. it looks fantastic inside also. highly recommend.

Good options for ice-cream by too busy and long waiting time

The food is great. We got there just before it got busy so we didn't have to wait to get a seat as the ques can be ling at the busiest periods.

Came for desserts with my family, had pancakes and waffles, with coconut and hazelnut ice creams. It definitely lives up to the hype, all really delicious and nicely presented. Staff were friendly too, they were more than happy for us to taste ice creams before making a choice.

The best ice cream ever! The best milkshake ever! Everything that I already have in Indulge was amazing :) The staff is really nice and the service is fast, if you like ice cream this is the place to have it :)

Lovely experience lots of different choices and flavours

Went to Indulge for the first time yesterday with my daughter and other half. After waiting some time for our order to be taken, we ordered two savoury crepes and each of us ordered a dessert and drinks. The glasses provided for the drinks were absolutely filthy!. Our crepes arrived after about 20 mins along with my daughters dessert, as that was all she was having. I had the chicken supreme which was ok but had far too much garlic in it. My other half enjoyed his mexican crepe.

After we had finished we waited and waited for someone to clear out plates and bring our dessert. we continued to wait for about half an hour. When I finally gave in and asked one of the MANY people working there is we were ever going to get our dessert, she said we should have let them know if we wanted to add something to our order (in not a very polite way). I explained that we had ordered everything at the same time and had been asked if we would like it all brought at once or if we would like our crepes and then desserts afterwards ( which is the option we choose). she then said we should have let them know that we were ready for our desserts, I said I thought the fact that our empty plates had been sat on our table for half an hour was a bit of a give away that we had finished. She then changed the story saying had forgotten to get our order ready and it would be 5 mins. After 10-15 mins we gave up and said to forget it and just paid for what we had already had. There was no apology, no offer of the desserts or anything else for free, just looks from the staff of "what's your problem"!
There are so many people working/serving there but no sense of order or anyone knowing what their duties are or what anyone else is meant to be doing. It's complete chaos. Headless chickens spring to mind. At one point there were 10 customers crowding around the till waiting to order or pay and it was mayhem, none of the staff had a clue what to do, orders were getting messed up or forgotten.
So in summary dirty place, rude staff, no customer service, no apologies = wont be going back or recommending to anyone!

Never fails to amaze me how great and rich and decadent and delicious and fantastic their desserts are. I usually share mine with a friend, because the portions are very generous. It's no wonder they are always full to the brim with people. It's a great business. Has a great location. Has great food. Is run well. I absolutely recommend the Peanut Butter Stacker cake.

I have had dessert in a lot of places and by far indulge has the best dessert I have ever had.

Great desserts but very noisy everytime, you'll have to shout at your highest to let people on your table hear you!

Everything was very nice, but as a large (all adult) party we were given disposable cups rather than glasses? Wouldn't recommend the waffles but would the sticky toffee pudding

Was ok.. kids love it here and for them what's not to love when you pack a menu with sweety goodness.. nice chilled atmosphere, friendly staff and all round good service.

The worst cookie dough. Ordered four as a takeaway and as i reached home i realised the dough was uncooked. I returned to complain but the staff and management denied any wrong and assured this is how it comes runny???!!!!!!!!. A cookie dough has to be hard crusted with soft dough and this was absolutely raw. They still denied any wrong.

I will complain further in writing as my little one took a bit and vomited.

Avoid like a plague!!!!

This is a wonderful place to come with a date, friends or just family.
There is a wide selection of desserts. The waffles are not fluffy and are quite heavy however the cheese cakes are smooth and velvety. We didnt try the pancakes. The ice cream is reasonable. However ive had the profiteroles and they were excellent.
The wide variety of hot drinks and milkshakes have also been very impressing.

Great eggless desserts, the pancakes are enormous and they are generous with the toppings.

Busy, great atmosphere and service. The profiteroles were cold though and ices creams a little bland and lacked quality. Good place to share with friends. Also likes the fact you could have savoury foods if you don't have a sweet tooth.

Long queues over the weekend but worth the wait! I always go back for the biscuit butter crepes
