This company does not take any action and does not respond or responds badly to customer questions. You will be sent from the box to the wall in case of damage and you have to arrange everything yourself, otherwise nothing will happen. Wanted to cancel my moped insurance today as I sold it to a colleague. Received good advice from Unigarant to wait until I have proof of release in case of any fine from RDW. Very neatly helped and addressed. and a few extra days are not the costs either. so this is irrelevant for both parties.

Worthless, the damage-free years of the insurance ...

Worthless, the damage-free years of the insurance of my 1st engine (insured elsewhere) cannot be applied to the 2nd engine that I insure with Unigarant.
The b / m discount cannot be met and the insurance can only be terminated after 1 year.

Solving a relatively simple damage takes a very long time. I've been waiting for more than 5 months and if I don't call myself, I don't hear anything, communicating with a customer seems prohibited. Wouldn't want to be insured with them if I have a claim and something needs to be arranged quickly.
