Honestly, I've never worked with a company that is so unhelpful, whose service is so unreliable or whose salespeople are so unpleasant and aggressive.
Can't imagine why anyone would use them unless they were forced to by their lease (as I was).
Be prepared for a long wait and a lot of excuses. Give your staff the week off rather than having them wait around doing nothing. Budget for two weeks of no productivity of output !

Excell are totally hopeless - worse than BT - which I didn't think was possible! I have no idea why Workspace (who are generally a well run company) have an agreement with them. I can only assume there are some backhanders going on, because it's definitely not a rational choice.
