If 0 stars was possible I would use it, sadly it is not.

To any small business, be VERY careful about using Excell. They will screw up your cash flow with random charges (due to errors in their billing system) etc. We left an office 7 weeks ago and still do not have our deposit (which they were all too keen to take off us) back.

They have confirmed that we do not have any bills outstanding, they have also confirmed that we have no equipment to return, yet in 7 weeks (I have chased consistently for the last 4) they have not managed to process our refund.

We were forced to use Excell by Workspace (a London based office company) and have passed this feedback on to them as well.

It's basically daylight robbery. They're crooks. Avoid at all costs.
