We've moved to Excell from BT to provision both our leased line and SIP trunks. The new fibre FTTP internet line was delivered rapidly (By BT OpenReach engineers) and the transfer of phone lines and numbers followed several weeks later, all managed without hitch. We've found Excell to be very responsive, friendly and open. We're a small NFP Charity and now enjoy larger cost savings thanks to more aggressive rates compared to BT, who, restricted by policy, are unable to price match.
