Shocking service so far, and I'm only 1 month in to my contract with Workspace/Excell. Worrying really considering I have to use this company for the next two years. I've called customer services multiple times to find out why my internet isn't yet active, only to be told each time that someone would call me back. It's now costing me a fortune to tether the internet from my phone each day.
