Recently moved offices within Workspace, where Excell are the only telecoms provider, and after an initially frustrating experience trying to transfer my services from one office to another, I complained and received a response that solved the problems I was having. This was a very positive response when they could have just hidden behind 'process'. Well done Excell for providing excellent customer service!
