We looked into cloud based telephone service with BT. I was unimpressed with the way they dealt with the quote and the fact that the phone system is sent out "in a box for you to install and configure with 30 minutes of over the phone help."
I contacted Excell who came out to see me, looked at what we needed, came back with a far cheaper quote than BT (for a better system) so we proceeded with them.
I was informed of timescale throughout the whole implementation and everything that was promised was delivered exactly on time. The number port went smoothly and we are very happy with our new phone system.
Not only are we now making cost savings compared to what we were paying BT for line rental alone, the enhanced functionality of the cloud based system means that our business is far more efficiently run and working from home is much easier.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Excell.
