Absolute nightmare with this company and if I could give this horrible business zero stars, I would. We are part of Workspace and were forced to use them, but after getting fleeced on every level, we decided to cancel our contract with them and just use mobile hotspot which has provided us A LOT LESS GRIEF. They were not prepared for us the week we moved in (despite having contacted them 6 weeks earlier to set it up) and then Abbas Ali - our account manager- tried to sell us a product our small business did not need despite my protests, which meant we waited a week longer than necessary to have someone (try to) install a huge router that our little office could literally not use nor would it work anyway - when what we needed could be activated remotely in minutes!! They have still been sending bills despite our contract ending 31 October, have not refunded our deposit and every time we message them about this, they come up with excuses, pass the buck, or make it seem like it's something on our end that we didn't do to cancel the contract or get our refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
