Awful customer service and 'unknown' technical faults.
I would advise that you steer well clear of this company. Our phones were down for days with an 'unknown' error, our business relies on leads which come through as phone calls and I had been left a dead phone line for over 48 hours. No explanation as to why this happened in the first place. I have spent far to long wasting time being passed around the company to different employees having to repeat myself and wasting a lot of time. Terrible.
