Just had an upgrade to our telephone system from Excell Group. Whilst the project got off to an unfortunate start as soon as Ryan became involved the installation ran exceedingly well. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan. He responded to messages and emails swiftly and tackled all queries with a 'can do' approach. It has been a great pleasure to deal with Ryan. He is an exemplary member of the Excell team. Ryan has a great sense of humour which goes a long way too! I am most grateful for all his help and support with the installation of our new telephone system. Aaron the lead engineer on our project is also worthy of a mention as he has worked tirelessly to get round a number of unforeseen difficulties. He has worked with my organisation to ensure the minimum of disruption. We are pleased with our new phone system. Thank you Ryan and Aaron.
