Although quite remote, we had a fantastic time here. Good quality food and drink, and the staff were very friendly, especially with my 4yr old grandson.
The resort offers a shuttle bus into Bansko and to the local Lidl, but transport is highly recommended

The disadvantage is the small SPA zone, which, in the presence of more hotel guests, is highly crowded. Especially when one of the two saunas is not working.

It s a 3 star plus complex of villas with 4 buildings...one with the spa...little spa but good for the money...a very big 2 badroom apartment...very nice and clean...we will come back for sure next year.

Nice and friendly staff. The rooms are large, but not well equipped. The Spa center is good, not all procedures are available. The restaurant is large, the menu is not rich, but the cook is good and everything was delicious. The drinks are a bit too expensive.
