Very friendly sales staff. The GM is accessible if you have a question; not a common trait among GMs. Recommend.
Had to take my car to the collision center after an accident. Not only were the repairs completed early, but the work was impeccable. The car was returned washed, vacuumed and a full tank of gas!

SOMEBODY BETTER GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY THE WARRENTY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED AND WAS INCLUDED IN THE FIRST SET OF PAPERWORK IS NOW NO LONGER A PART OF THE LOAN! YOU SOLD MY GRANDMOTHER CONNIE A CAR WITH A SLIPPING TRANSMISSION AND TONS OF OTHER ISSUES, THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO REMOVE THE WARRENTY OFF THE LOAN WHEN SHE HAS TO RE-SIGN THE DOCUMENTS! I found a truck at Cable Dahmer of KC that looked like a great option for my son for his first vehicle. I talked to 'Johnny' at the dealership this morning, who assured me the vehicle was still available, so I told them we'd be there at 11:30 this morning to look it over, and also told them we'd pay cash for it today if it checked out. He said 'great, we'll see you at 11:30!". Well, guess what happened when we got there...you guessed it...'Oh, that vehicle has sold, but we have this other truck (for nearly twice the price) that's available'....classic bait and switch. Pretty sure this is illegal, and has been for years. They wasted our time, and crushed my son.

Never done business with these crooks, and never will. Stay away!

Though I rarely post reviews, Adam at Cable Dahmer provided such incredible service, I felt it was necessary. I ve worked in the service industry for years, and though a friendly smile and a kind heart go a long way, you don t see it very often these days. When shopping for cars at Cable Dahmer, my sales associate Adam made me feel right at home. His friendly demeanor and genuine kindness made my experience enjoyable. Brought my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban for a recall on...

Brought my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban for a recall on the brakes and had been noticing that my brakes were chattering when I applied the brakes. I was told the problem I was experiencing was from the rotors being worn along with the brake pads. I asked the advisor if he had time to replace the brakes and was told it wouldn't take that long and had them replaced. Very happy now that the brakes don't chatter now when applying the brakes and the work was done in a timely manner. With only 37,000 miles on the vehicle I didn't expect to have to replace the front brake pads and rotors and have reason to suspect that the problem with the brake recall may have been associated with the premature failure of my brakes. I hope Cable Dahmer escalates my concern to GM about the association with the brake recall and premature brake failure.

I had been to several other dealerships before Cable Dahmer and left them extremely frustrated. Cable Dahmer was able to finance me at the best rate by a considerable amount. The hospitality and professionalism was outstanding and I m very pleased with my vehicle :)

I am so upset. I came to buy a truck and had to deal with the worse salesman EVER! (Curtis) He was rude, uninterested and didn't know anything about the truck. He told me that since my husband wasn't there we needed to come back when he was with me because, "if there's one thing I know, it's that couples won't buy without each other". After telling him my husband doesn't care, he finally took me to see a truck. He didn't talk to me at all while we were in the truck looking at it and never offered me to test drive it. He was HORRIBLE! I walked right down the street and bought a brand new GMC Sierra. I wanted a Silverado but I was not going to give him my money!

I came back for a second time leasing through Cable Dahmer, and this experience was just as good, if not better thanks to Raymond Arriaga! He made sure I found the car that I needed and best fit my needs. He did not make me feel pressured to make a deal I didn t feel comfortable with! Very nice and funny! If you re going to lease or go buy a car ask for Ray! Enjoyed working with him and the Cable Dahmer family again!

Your effort to have people understand leasing and buying options was impressive. I did not know a lot of that information. Your prices on new and used vehicles are equally impressive. I would have to say that the icing on the cake was the new buyer incentives, such as life time warranty, first dent repair for free, state inspections, ect, ect, Some folks cant afford to drive a new car because of the extra costs for state inspections and tags, oil changes, stuff like that. It's just refreshing to see a dealer putting out an extra effort for the buyer...

I visited after reading about the $3500 trade in that's being promoted. I was frustrated to learn that that doesn't apply to the listed cable dahmer price, but a bloated "retail" price.
This is extremely deceptive and misleading, a strong case for false advertising if someone took you to task.

I came home last night after picking up our Cruze that had service work done. I told my wife I don't want to purchase a car any where else because of the outstanding service after the sale. Aaron has always taken care of us and never had a bad experience. The 103rd street local has been outstanding from the day we purchase the car a couple of years ago.

Our whole experience:
We went in for a specific used truck that they had on the last day of September. We were greeted by kelly (sales manager) and she referred us over to steven (saleman). After a lot of talking, we came to an agreement on what we would be able to afford on a monthly payment. Unfortunately, that day they weren't able to get us approved for the amount we could afford, so instead, they allowed us to take the truck home for the weekend and said that they would be able to get us our price if not better by Monday. Come Monday, they ended up getting us a lower price than what we initially agreed on, with all of the added in protections. We were very pleased with this. The truck was fine for a day, then we started to notice a transmission leak and it losing power. We are new to owning a desiel so we did some research to make sure that it wasn't just a desiel thing. About a week later, I called to have them look at it and they gave us a free diagnostic and a free loaner car for two days. Unfortunately, they weren't able to figure it out since their desiel guy wasn't available until the following Monday but they could tell there was an issue after driving it long enough and Kelly (sales manager) said that she was going to make it right since we just bought the truck. So, we took it back in on Monday for the desiel guy to look at it and we got a call on Thursday that it's the turbo and the EGR valve and that it would cost us over $3,000 to get it fixed. We had to pay for the second diagnostic initially to get the truck, but it was refunded right there and then. Of course we were very upset since we just bought the truck from them. We called Kelly and she said she was going to see what could be done but ultimately it was up to her bosses what was going to happen. She said that she was talking to them about switching us into a new truck or at least paying half of the cost. We told her we didnt want to switch since we really like our truck. Two days later she called us stating that she hadn't had a chance to talk to them yet but she would that day (yesterday). She kept in contact with us all day and the progress of everything. She said that they were sending an email to the owner last night but it might be this morning before they heard anything. Close to noon today she called us apologizing that it took so long (we understood Saturdays are very busy) and stated that they said that they will pay the full amount to get our truck fixed and in the shop within a week! Also they said they are giving us a loaner for while the truck is in the shop for free! We are very pleased that Kelly took the time to make sure that we are taken care of and are looking forward to the truck getting fixed within the next week or so. We are very happy that they believe in doing the right thing!

We were asked three times if we wanted an oil change we explained that no we had just had it changed Sunday prior to dropping off the car but needed the stabltrk issue ONLY looked into and fixed. Oil got changed the day I picked up the and we were charged for an oil change.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get into the right vehicle for us. He then followed up after the purchase. He was amazing and I would definitely recommend!

Frustrating dealership experience. I called a day in advance about a car I saw online that said it was at the Independence location. The woman I spoke with assured me the listing was wrong and the car was at her KC location. I drove an hour to KC. Jim, who helped me, informed me they'd sold the car, but he'd see what they could find. After being at the dealership for 45 minutes, we hadn't left Jim's desk and I hadn't seen a car. Additionally, they'd somehow double-booked me for the KC and Independence locations, so a sales agent from Independence called and asked if I was still planning to come look at the car. It hadn't been sold, but was at the Independence location. After almost an hour without being shown any vehicles, I left. A manager at Independence called asking if there was any way they could right the situation, then sent me a text message offering to bring the car to me since I'd had a bad experience. I said that would be great. He never responded.

Update: After writing this review, the manager at Independence called and offered to transfer the car to the KC location, but I don't plan on driving an hour back to KC again. Additionally, a sales agent in KC contacted me and is sending me a $25 gift certificate for gas to compensate for the inconvenience.

Super buying experience!!!!!! Love my new Malibu the staff was great to work with. My salesman Brandon Grapelu was very knowledgeable of everything he showed me. He listened to me and was patient and overall a great person. Its not often I feel like I was assisted in making a purchase and not just SOLD a car. I would recommend this store to anyone. I appreciate the attention you get when you drive up, get out of your car, and how someone is at your car taking your information, and making things go smooth and fast. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Had a great loaner to take me to and from work. Stan was my advisor and he is such a really nice guy, and I love how he walked me to my loaner car area and made sure they took care of me in a timely fashion. And when I returned, he was ready with a smile.

I contacted this dealership on a Chevy Silverado ltz. I was asking the man about the truck to make sure it was the right truck I was looking at, he confirmed that it was and I Proceeded to head to the dealership that was a 1h 15 min away. He told me that the truck would be in front of the dealership for me to take on a test drive. After a 1h 15 min drive I got there and didn t see it, thought alright they might not have had time to get it up here yet. So I went in and met A different man that I was told I was going to meet, So after talking to that man for a few min and still getting the vibe that I wasn t going to see the truck I drove all this way to see, Then another man came over and I finally got the answer: we are sorry but we have sold the truck at a different LOCATION, the truck wasn t even at the same location I was told it was at. These people were not sincere and they are liars.

Jacob the salesman helped us purchase a 2016 Nissan Rogue. He looked over the vehicle with us and went over the car fax and details. He was thorough and super nice. He made the process very easy from the start. Jamie the finance manager helped us with the financing and was also extremely nice. He did a great job explaining all the packages and rates. They stayed late with us Saturday night and didn't rush us. We went back in a couple days later to ask a few more questions and they were more than accommodating! Big thumbs up to Jacob and Jaime and the entire staff! We will be back and will refer everyone to Cable Dahmer! Thanks again!

I was employed at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet for only a short time (due to my own actions) but I must say that in the short time that I was employed there, I met alot of wonderful people and the management team was awesome!! They are very family oriented......Mr. Ledezma not only takes care of his employees, he also takes care of their families with the benefits they offer to his team members! And we all know how the benefits an employer offers is a big factor in seeking employment! So I would have to give Cable Dahmer of KC a five star rating! I truly enjoyed the time that I was employed there! It was an honor!! :)
