Just drove by two of their pickup trucks on the side of the highway after a tarp blew out of the box onto the road, are the crews pushed into such a big rush that they don't tie down loads securely? Not good having unsecured loads land on the middle of QE2

Eagle is putting up a building across the street from my office, and they seem to put up buildings very fast, but they are not doing much to contain the garbage generated on their jobsite and it blows all over the place, which I'm less than impressed with.
