Daniel was the best! He was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and accessible. As first-time home buyers, we always knew we were in good hands with him on our side which removed a lot of stress from the experience. We had a very good experience with Artesian. (I'm familiar with this title company as I worked for three large real estate companies in the past. I was aware of their level of professionalism- and we experienced it firsthand, being customers.) This was for the sale of our property in the Spring to an investor (all fees were paid by them).

We had lots of email communication from Erica, our main contact, after escrow was opened. There were several telephone conversations during the entire process (two months or less), in addition to the doc-u-sign---this was very convenient! (email, for preliminary documents). Whenever there were developments, we were notified. Buying and selling a home is very stressful, but with these guys, you know that you will be supported every step of the way. Finally, the appointment was set for signing documents for Closing. We met with the Mily (she had a big stack of papers) at our scheduled time, including our realtor and my mother (she had to sign some docs because she was the owner on record previously). It was less paperwork than the norm, but it still took some time to go through everything. This process went smoothly; it helped that our officer was ready and organized.

Everyone we were in contact with (via email, telephone, and in person) was very nice, professional, and attentive. It was also convenient that the other title company was the same company, but a different branch (we purchased another property), so if one needed something from the other, paperwork, courier and appointments were handled and arranged. I think that there were some snags (it happens) but they were handled very promptly and so these issues did not become large problems.

To recap: professional, excellent communication, an escrow company that you can depend on, from beginning to end. I d recommend Mily and team to anyone looking for an Amazing Title company in Florida!!!

I am an Orlando realtor and I've had a hard time finding a title company that will go above and beyond and that's what I found with Artesian Title. They have a true concierge style service, when I hand them a file they really take the file over. I don't have to worry about anything they handle things with the client. Most importantly they actually communicated with me, called me when the file closed, and the celebration at closing was especially important and appreciated by my clients. As a realtor I lived that they wired my commission to my account. The fact that they have a licensed CPA staff also helps with my investor clients` questions. She is on top of her game...you always get immediate response to emails, phone calls, text, etc. She opens Escrow immediately upon receipt of the contract, and requests & provides all needs same day. It started with a warm welcome from two ladies. At first I thought a framed sign was the name of the lady welcoming me at the reception desk. I even mentioned we had the same last name. Hello! ...blind with eye contacts in... It was a welcome sign with my name on it!

Their furniture is made for a cozy warm office! I seriously walked into some kind of beautiful modern zen temple. I was seated at a huge long table meant for a royal meeting. They offered a list of beverages and snacks - in a formal hard covered menu folder! I asked for water and they offered me a Voss bottle, not Arrowhead :D

I had a great experience at Artesian Title, here in Orlando, FL. - when I first called I spoke with Vicky, the GM over the phone and she was very "friendly and informative." -- I arrived at the Artesian Title office, and I was impressed by their set up; it's like the Taj Mahal, B/c it's so fancy and classy! -- We met Rick, the (Co-founder/VP of the company and Vicky, the (GM), they made us feel at home..., B/c they had lunch for us, among other sweets that my fiance loved!

However, when we got down to business, Vicky's experience showed immediately, we didn't know that the home we were purchasing at the time, had a few liens on it. Due to the previous owner, in fact, Vicky suggested that we "do a lien search" prior to closing.

Through out the process, it was like had our own two personal concierges getting the deal closed for us.
