Artesian Title helped coordinate our closing from the other side of the country. We recently moved from the West Coast and made several scouting trips to Lake Mary to find a new home. Our relocation agent company gave us a list of title companies to choose from and we feel so fortunate to have selected the one we did(We actually should thank everyone for leaving the reviews they did). Everything on the Florida side was handled expertly. My husband and I commented that we both felt like we had a personal closing concierge, since they were so accommodating and friendly.
