I am an Orlando realtor and I've had a hard time finding a title company that will go above and beyond and that's what I found with Artesian Title. They have a true concierge style service, when I hand them a file they really take the file over. I don't have to worry about anything they handle things with the client. Most importantly they actually communicated with me, called me when the file closed, and the celebration at closing was especially important and appreciated by my clients. As a realtor I lived that they wired my commission to my account. The fact that they have a licensed CPA staff also helps with my investor clients` questions. I would recommend Vicky and Rick and the team at Artesian Title for realtors and brokers that want a title company that's a true extension of them.
