It was great working with the folks at Artesian Title to close on our home in Lake Mary, Florida. Alexa Grivas was very communicative and kept us up to speed on the paperwork with the mortgage company and seller - although we did not meet in person. All communication was carried out by email(Phone and Text) and we only went to Artesian s office to sign the final paperwork. I Would recommend them to anyone in Orlando looking for a Title company to sell their home. Thanks Guys!!!
