I have never had a title company that actually had...

I have never had a title company that actually had Attorneys and Cpa's on their team. And I never thought I needed it until I was buying a home from a forign seller. Because of covid the seller could not leave their country. Regardless Robert Patterson found a way to make sure we got this closed(Through a POA) without them being here. Great job!!!
