Artesian Title always continues to surprise me with the level of help they are willing to provide. We recently closed on a new investment property and lucky for us the seller insisted on using Artesian. When things didn't look right on the settlement sheet, we reached out to Alexa who walked us through it. She caught several items that the bank messed up on which saved us several hundred dollars. Forever grateful for their help even when they weren't part of the deal. I'll continue to use them whenever i'm allowed.
