Kardaris Grice is a 1st shift security guard here at our facility. He is very personable with internal employees as well as external contractors. Sunstates is a great company to work for. They really care about their employees and put the employees first. They offer great benefits to the officers such as medical, paid vacation, 401(k) and educational assistance. The employees at the Corporate Office strive every day to make sure they are living up to the values of the Mission and Vision statements and are doing what is right to help support the Managers and officers in the field.

Obviously doesn't care about there employees safety. Shouldn't force workers to work in dangerous winter weather. Show some self respect.

I was employed with Sunstates Security just shy of one year. My employment with them was terminated due to my own actions. However I have yet to be paid overtime hours I was never paid for, along with pto time I never used. Today marks two months and ten days since my employment with Sunstates ended, and I have yet to receive a single penny owed to me. Ironically, the company's guiding principles are honesty, integrity, and trust. Despite this review, my former co-workers were stellar. I just can't say the same about members of the corporate office.

Working with Glenn, Kathy, Carol, Denis, Robb, Tammy and the rest of the core team at Sunstates Security, we have discovered the true meaning of professionalism. Clear communication, prompt, and always treating their customers and staff with utmost respect. If you are looking for a security company that you can trust, look no further.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They have given me nothing but a great position and can only hope to move forward and upwards in this great company. To those who have negative things to say about this company need to look inward. They give opportunities and it's up to the individual to be adult enough and do what is asked of them. Put yourself out there and go above and beyond plus keep focused and good things will happen. Thank you Sunstates Security, I will always do my best for you cause you done your best for me.

They are a horrible company to work for they play favorites. They fire people on hear say. And no proff.There mangment people are stilling the employees money, and lying about it. They get you to work overtime and then say there not going to pay you if you say something they say your not a team player and next thing you know your fired. Bad company.

Enjoyed my job and learned a lot. I worked for them in 2008 and Don Martin and was an excellent superior and Capt. John McClure was excellent supervisors.

Working at Sunstates you know you always have a knowledgeable team behind you and available. It is a positive atmosphere to work in and offers a great work/life balance. They really do care about their team and clients; it has been shown significantly in the short time I have been with the company. I have worked for large corporations as well as family owned companies and can confidently share that Sunstates Security is absolutely the best company I have ever been a part of. The Mission and Vision of the company is just not words but truly what they live by every day. They honestly care about their employees and provide exceptional career opportunities. Believe me when I say that you will not find another security company that is more focused on employee and customer satisfaction.

Horrible company. They force you to work a shift you informed them you could not do. They do not care about you. They play favorites. Their motto is honesty, integrity, and trust. it is a LIE! Look up Slave Labor. If you do not bow down they will fire you.

Please Run from this Job is no where you want to work boss fired me for retaliation of contacting corporate about my pay when he messed it up multiple times an lied about it an I need help from corporate an they turned there back on me after I was a loyal employee in return.God will make this a real problem for them retaliation is discrimination towards any employee I didn't have not write ups or call outs an that's whats sad no logical reasoning of me being fired it was personal if u do work here don't say anything to corporate they don't help either get outside help!!!

Scheduled an interview for today, I left early enough to where I would get to my interview about 20 minutes early...there was an accident on capital Blvd today and I arrived at exactly 3:00pm...I was in the office at 3:03 and was told they could not hire me because I was late for my interview...so I'm being punished for something that is completely out of my control...that's bad for business!!! I will find another job, but don't waste your time with Sunstates Security. They don't even listen to reason.
