Robert Patterson and his team made our closing so easy. They actually did two closings for us in February since we refinanced when rates dropped. Both experiences with Artesian Title were seamless. Alexa in the office was great to work with, ensuring we stayed on top of deadlines and the closings were so convenient. They met us on vacation in Miami Beach for the first one and in our home for the second, due to covid. We couldn't ask for better service!
