So we get into the process of finally finding a home to buy and Covid happens. We really were not sure what to do and how to handle everything. We had already given our notice to our landlord so we were kind stuck. That s when Alexa and the team at Artesian stepped in and made sure they did everything necessary to make sure we closed. These guys were AMAZING!!!! They moved heaven and earth, we ended up closing online after Robert convinced our lender to allow us to close that way. Professional, dedicated and reliable are the words I would use to describe this team. Don t bother looking elsewhere when you need to hire a title company in Florida!!
