I have to give it to them, they certainly made my life a hell of a lot easier.

Buying a property is no easy task especially in Miami where people seem to beat or sometimes not, to their own drum. (Yikes!)

I found Rick and the Artesian Title team thru a friend believe it or not and I had to send them both a bottle of champagne after the closing was done!

They literally crossed all the T'S and dotted the I's for us.

I kept asking, "are you sure you re not an attorney because you are on it!" It actually turned out some of the team members were, regardless they know their staff.

To be honest as soon as he gave me her business card I knew he was going to be on point.
Even his business cards were detailed to the T.

Happy I found them and will never look for any other help with any properly related needs again.
