I just had to write and say what a sensational experience I had with Zupps Aspley. From first contact, which was during a massive 10 day sale. I had prompt, clear communication. I was able to negotiate a great deal quickly, which included a trade in value on my vehicle which was purchased from Zupps Aspley 2 years prior. After a quick discussion around my trade in and new finance rates I was confident enough in our deal to sign an agreement. Not only did our deal go smoothly, but I truly felt as though I was dealing with good old friends... from Craig, Kevin, Vu & Shirley! I have been ripped off again firstly for a service that blew out to $2700 six months ago swore I would never go back ever
And now today I was there at 7am to be the first car worked on and after two hours and twenty mins waiting for a pressure valve sensor on my right front rim costing $209 for one only valve sensor
If you look online your can buy a genuine set of 4 for a hsv maloo ute for $209 for all four sensors
Plus another $55 to fit it they reduced the fittment to $33 because i was getting angry that they lied to me as their work shop mechanics don't start till 8am and it should take 15 to 20 minutes. The price of one only sensor at $209 for only one I have been totally ripped off and will never go back ever again they are unorganized I had to pay for the sensor the week before and they took over two hours for a simple remove the tyre put in the new sensor and put the tyre back on a simple job
Paying for your part a week in advance never heard of this ever you should pay when the job is done

The used car sales guy didn't give me a quote for my trade-in car until I commit to buy his car. I wasn't impressed at all. Anyways, I bought a similar car at another dealership next day.
Worst service ever! Didn't have a record of the online booking...no courtesy car! Did the service but couldn't get the part to make the motor run properly, which is why we booked it in...yet to find parts after we arrived to pick up the car and was left waiting so they could actually do what we booked the car in for. We have 3 cars which 2 were purchased from zupps that went there for service and each time in the past 6 months had problems...enough is enough...never ever again!
My light switch stopped working and booked it in for the service department to look at. Was told that I may be charged for the diagnostic fee of $185. Knew that I had not done anything to the vehicle so knew that I would not have to pay. So when the vehicle is ready, told that the charge is $185. Had to pay it to get the vehicle back. Told them I was not happy. Rang the service manager Micheal twice and he never returned my call. When I finally got him on my third phone call he was unapologetic, and downright rude. Stated they normally charge a diagnostic fee even though the vehicle is under warranty.
Won t be going back to them or zupps in general. So much for their family owned business and caring about there customers. Only care about more money in there pockets

The Hyundai new car team are dishonest liars, they treat old people with contempt and disrespect. The only thing they are interested in is the $. They will tell you whatever it takes to cheat you out of a fair price for your trade in, and if you are old they and do not understand the value of you trade in don t go to Zupps Aspley.
I used to work here and i can tell you that everyone is completely incompetent. Not a single person cares at all, whether its management or general staff it doesnt matter, their mentality is, "she will be right". Dodgy touch up jobs, brand new cars covered in scratches which then get buffed to the s@$t house just to bring them back to a presentable condition. All aftermarket accessories are fitted by unqualified people. Not a single person in Pre Delivery has had formal training in order to fit the parts. The entire place is nothing but a joke. Please steer clear as it will be the biggest mistake you will ever make buying a car through zupps at Aspley
We went to have a look one Sunday after our daughter purchased a car from Zupps we weren't really seriously looking but found a car that was what we were thinking about at a good price. We went back on the Monday and took the car for a test drive and even though we were concerned about some bad reviews of that particular model the salesman assured us that even though there were some issues with earlier models the one we were looking at was fine.
Our salesman Vu put no pressure on us was very helpful and a delight to deal with. We decided that that was the vehicle we wanted and proceeded to purchase it.
Matthew helped us with the financial paperwork and by the following Saturday we had picked up our car.
Thank you everyone at Zupps for making our purchase easy and pain free.
We also had a delightful lady organise the car protection package tinted windows etc. for us again with no pressure she was amazing.

I had my car booked in to get looked at again as it was running very poorly. The receptionist has no customer service skills extremely rude. I picked my car up this afternoon after having engine coil replaced. I got into my car and surprise surprise the car wouldn't start. Went back inside advised the guy behind the counter that my car wouldn't start had to repeat myself twice as he didn't seem to understand. He got in it and wouldn't start, he got a mechanic out which tried to start it also. He got the battery charger and tester. The car started with battery charger but failed the battery test. He told me to charge it overnight or get a new battery from marshalls or whoever I use. I said fine, got in the car and drove off. I checked the battery a week ago and the light was still green. Hard to believe the battery was disconnected as I didn't have to reset my radio stations like the last time.
This is the first ever new car (will be the last I buy from Zupps and certainly not recommending to anyone one else) I bought and as I was aware the sales guys suck you in and I did let them. There is no after care, once you have bought the car that's where the service ends.
Thankfully for me I have been made aware by village motors I can take my car to any Holden service centre. This has truely made my day knowing I never have to deal with Zupps Aspley again.

They were not only happy to repair a dent in my new car (which I noticed a couple of days after buying it), it was free of charge, they gave me a replacement car, they were flexible with the drop off/collection times around my work hours, and they said if I needed to put fuel in the replacement car that they would put fuel into mine as well. Great service.
I had my car towed here last week and after the diagnosis was quoted $2800 for the repair. They told me the part was $2200 out of Melbourne. I then called my normal mechanic and informed him the issue, he could get the same part out of melbourne (no doubt the same Nissan parts store) for $1300. I then had the car towed from Zupps to my mechanic and he fixed it within an hour without replacing the part for FREE...of course Zupps didn't even suggest this was an option. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Booked my car in for a service and wheel alignment. When I picked my car up, staff were rude, wheel alignment wasn t done and my car was dirtier than when I dropped it off.. not happy.

Appalled to say the least! I found out my car has been recalled, so I called in and was told to come in at 7am to be seen first. I asked how long this would take as I have work. Was told 7-7:30.
When I showed up I was not seen until 7:15 only to be told we do not open until 8 and this will take 1.5hrs minimum.
When questioning the first advice given the manager was unapologetic stating that we would never have been told this. I was offered no solution and again told that this woukdnt have happened. Well it did!
Rude service very unhappy, was in the market for a new car for my daughter - wont bother going here.
Not a great experience at all you get told one thing on the phone turn up and get told something completely different took 4hrs and 45min to have weather shields replaced was told it would take 1 and a 1/2 hrs to 2hrs what a waste of my time and day seem to have alot of poor communication at this place lost all trust in staff nothing but lies and run around instead of being up front and honest probably because it was a warranty job and not a service so i was left to the side because they weren't getting cash out of me. Not Happy! Would advise people to go elsewhere! If I could I would.
Went to many car yards that day and not one salesman came out. Arrived at Zupps and Anthony came out within 5 mins and was very polite and actually listened to what our needs were.

Had a phone call from a salesman saying he needed to speak to me ASAP about my car, was not urgent but I needed to call him as soon as I could. I was unable to call back that night so rang the salesman on the number he left me the very next morning. Got his message bank and I left a message asking that he call me and let me know what was wrong. Rang in another hour, nothing, rang in the next hour, got nothing. Sent a text message, nothing. I had spent a very unsettled night wondering if there was something wrong with my car. I finally rang the office and was told he was at work and I would be put through to him. I waited, my level of stress was not soothed by the lousy music on hold. Receptionist came back and said he was not at his desk and she would leave him a message. I became upset and said I did not want a message I wanted to speak to him. I was informed they were very busy , again I said I wanted to speak to someone. I was finally put through the Luke the manager who assured me there was nothing wrong with my car, and that the salesman had rung be about a promotion they were having. At no time in the message I received was a promotion mentioned, only that the salesman needed to speak to me about my car. The manager apologised when I explained how upset and worried I had been. "Not Good enough". this is the second problem I have had with Zupps, the first was on the day I picked up my car, got halfway home and found the petrol gauge only 1 bar above empty. Got to servo and found the petrol cap would not open and had to get someone to help me pry the cap open to put in some petrol. Rang Zupps and spoke to the salesman I purchased the car from and he apologized and said bring it in the next day and he would arrange for the problem to be fixed. No surprise that when I arrived the next day, the salesman was away and noone knew of a booking for my car. Disappointing customer service all round, not happy.

I just traded my old BWW on a used car. I came down with a heavy cold and they took the car off the market for three days to give me a chance to get there to have a look at it.
Can't ask more than that.

We purchased a subaru tribeca from the used car area of zupps holden. Since then I have had the required services for warranty. I mentioned on the service in April that there was a strange knocking noise. I was told that there were a few bolts loose and that everything is good. It didn't fix this. So I came back in August and they said it was control arm bushes. Need complete new control arms. Warranty covered 1000 but we had to pay the extra 700. Didnt fix it. Plus I had a service which lists all of the things checked. Replaced front sway bar bushes. Didnt fix it. Brought it back in october and they said the wheel bearings. Fortunately that was covered under warranty. Still didn't fix it. Then they said the sway bar bushes maybe causing the noise. That its standard wear and tear. Just replaced the bushes. So my husband and I did some investigating and found the noise coming from the lhs strut. So I went back and asked them to look at it again. I took it in this morning to be told it will cost me 185.00 to diagnose. I have brought this car in many times to get a diagnosis and it has been wrong. So I went to pick it up this afternoon and was told yes the lhs strut is making noise and needs to be replaced. My husband and I had already worked that one out and I was charged 185.00 for that piece of information. The service guy said that I will get that taken off the repair of I go ahead. Wont be going ahead as I now understand that I will be charged 185.00 until they get the right thing fixed.

I was told that I would get it back,2 weeks ago,and after calls and emails,not being answered,I now have to take things higher. The finance lady and the manager are unprofessional,rude and evasive. Great service while you're there, over the phone horrible. Got hung up on 3 times unless I was saying I wanted to buy a car. Void you're warranty if you go to a different mechanic but I'd still recommend to go to a seperate mechanic as they half arsed it. Need my coils replacing but they did one single spark plug me thinking the issue was fixed drove away another 3 months down the line find they haven't replaced the coils. Absolute scum.
Took them Three hours to change one single airbag. Unfriendly staff and I had to adjust all the mirrors in the car again.
I recently had my rare 1998 HSV GTS 220i one of only 300 in the shop to have the security system disabled.
I was shocked when the job was finally invoiced at 3 times what it should have been after I believe the technician made a critical error when putting the dash back together damaging wiring to the diagnostic computer connection and making me pay for his mistake.
Fair enough I can not prove this and paid the bill. But what really disgusts me is when I get the car home I find that the technician has also put a huge crack in the dash surround and did not even acknowledge the damage they have done. Basically they have tried to hide their carelessness.
The car was being prepped for sale but now has to be repaired or a replacement found at great expense and time.
The first thing you now see when you look at the dash is this horrible crack and you immediately think who ever removed the surround was an impatient unprofessional arse.
You really have no idea how disappointed I am. Disgusting, I just can not believe it. The technician should not be allowed to get away with this type of deceit and negligence.They lack the proper care and attention needed for working on these Holden Special Vehicles.
I basically walked in off the street spoke to habib and said I wanted to upgrade from my colorado I already owned outright but it wasnt a 4x4 ..because im the sort of person who hits the ground running i dont mess around and he realised from the get go I ment business...within 30 minutes he had shown me 1 car that i was interested in but was like i got the car for.you and he was right i was sold the minute i saw the new colorado Z71 SEXY BEAST .I was adamant that tbis would be the car they bury me in if you get my drift ...i signed the deal that day and organise hand over of my old car in 2 weeks time as i was flyin home and on return picked my new car up and the rest is history ..one very happy lady ...ps bomber did me and awesome deal on rust gaurd and protek as well as my sexy safari bar and spottie

I have never left a google review in my life. I am so disgusted with the complete service team at Suzuki Aspley that this review is entirely warranted. From front of house to the back, their customer service is abominable and underpinned by a complete lack of competence. Not only is the front of house service team rude, they fail to take accurate notes when you do explain issues or difficulties and moreover are rude and dismissive when you do spend your time to explain. Throughout the past three years, anytime I have contacted the team it takes weeks to book in for a service with inadequate loan car facilities, they are abrupt and rude when booking in, and moreover, fail to complete basic tasks like forwarding through a phone call to the appropriate person or even taking the correct registration. Example: we were forwarded through eight (yes, 8) different extensions to find one person two days ago, and as early as this morning, had to call five times for our call to the Manager to be returned only to find our that the receptionist hadn't even taken the appropriate registration number (I listened to my husband read this out three times).
We bought, serviced and have consistently met the requirements of our 2016 Suzuki Vitara 4WD warranty. In the time since purchase the car has been returned to Suzuki Aspley a total of 8 times for the exact same fault: a persistent rattle in the centre console. 8 times the team has failed to fix this. In that period, we (as the car owners) have explicitly explained, shown and test driven the car with mechanics to illustrate the fault. Repeatedly we have been told that the fault has been fixed, however on taking the car back and driving to the exact same conditions explicitly explained (in painful detail) to the servicing team, the fault remains. Importantly, notes from the mechanics clearly illustrate that the fault has often not even been addressed. We understand that this might be problematic to fix. The reality is however, the fault has been there since brand new, we have patiently dealt with this group of people for the past three years, and the situation is finally no long tenable.
We have now been told that this issue is 'no longer a warranty issue because of the kms on the vehicle and rattles are not part of a warranty'. However, I do fail to understand how an issue identified (and documented within servicing notes) since new, isn't a warranty issue.
I will never ever purchase another Suzuki and moreover would never buy a car or service a vehicle with Zupps, anywhere. Both brands are being ruined by the group of people that run Zupps Suzuki Aspley.
PSA: Volkswagon at Chermside do excellent servicing, they always have loan cars and are exceptionally polite and courteous to deal with - I'll certainly be returning there to purchase my next new car immediately on selling the one purchased from Suzuki Aspley.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RECEPTIONIST STAFF ....
The receptionist (WENDY) was very rude to me and would not assist me at all in a time of dilemma....
Therefore I have chosen to purchase my new vehicle from another dealership due to her lack of compassion....
The service consultant, Dave, was wonderful, polite and very helpful with my questions and assistance with my cars sevice.
I had to come back a coiple of days later as another bulb had blown and once again, Dave explained that they often blow at the same time as I had had one bulb replaced duting service. They fitted the bulb in while I waited in your lounge with a cup of tea. Well done Dave and your Holden service team.

Dropped my car off and was asked if I wanted a couple of other things done. Would not have thought of them my self. Also was asked if I would like new wipers and that was definitely needed. Overall great service from all and it is nice to be asked if you wanted things done instead of being hit with a bill you weren't expecting. It is my 5th service and always get great service.

Daughter talked to Habib over the phone on Friday, whilst enquiring about a Suzuki Swift. When she got off the phone, she was disappointed with his attitude. Rude. Came across as hard handed. Gave her a great quote, including extras in that quote. She wanted a specific colour which they had also. Habib rang back Monday and told her the price had gone up by $2,500 over the weekend. Apparently said they had been selling a few cars and no other reason for the price going up. Also, some other things. He comes across arrogant and rude. My daughter was happy on Friday with the price, extras that would be thrown in. He also said he couldn't remember talking to her. If that was the case, why did he ring her back. Habib should listen how he talks to people. If you want a sale, be nice, not arrogant. Lost her. She will go to another dealer. People skills are important. If you don't have them, don't work with the public. Your loss.
Bernadette and I would like to say that Vu @ Zupps Aspley have excellent customer service and he is very personable. I enquired about a car we were looking at purchasing via my mobile and Vu answered within 10 minutes. I dont think there is a Sales guy who could match that in Brisbane! Our purchase of our Holden was very easy and painfree and I would highly recommend Vu to anyone wanting to buy a Commodore at Zupps.
Bought a VE commodore from zupps aspley, had nothing but problems. Atleast 7 times we had the car back for repairs. After you buy the car they dont want to know you. Paid for repairs that were under the warranty then when we asked for a refund it took six months and about 5 phone calls before they finally paid. The car had a stretched timing belt that they pretended they coundnt diagnose yet everbody on you tube and the car reveiw sites know about???? They just didnt want to fix it. After 1 year we sold the car for a loss just to cut our losses. Bought a Rav4 after 1year zero problems. The holden service team need to do much better, terrible customer service.
Double check the service you pay for is being done.Also make sure genuine parts are used if you still have manufacturers warranty.And don t get sucked into buying an extended warranty.
