I normally go to north lakes and there is a huge difference in customer service i waited whilst out of 5 staff only one person was dealing with customers and the girl was not friendly at all. The courtesy bus driver was a lovely woman maybe take some lessons from her !

Bought a new Holen Cruze in 2013. Worst mistake. Car has been in and out the garage with parts failing.Very poor quality build cars. Not reliable Cuts out with the electronics problem for nothing for the first year, aircon pack up also. Also went Twice in for replacing radiator hoses. And dont even let me get started with the customer service for fixing all this. Car went in at HOLDEN ZUPPS ASPLEY BRISBANE recently for a normal service & plus I did ask for the brakes to be checked because it was due for brake pad and rotor replacements. Well they serviced the car and said the brakes are all OK and safe. Two weeks later the brakes made a lot of noise. I thought at that time they have been fixed as I asked? Well not, We took the wheels of and measured the rotor thickness and saw the rotors and brake pads are gone for a while now. Took it back to Holden Zupps Apley and they fixed it over 2 days??? Then when I collected the car from the dealer that afternoon on my way home we broke down with the car . Burst water pipe of the filler tanks??
I stay 3 km from the garage and find it very stranger for the water pipe to play up on the same afternoon. Having a closer look at the water bottle position I did see this bottle was installed above the ABS brake system. Which they worked on the same day. So the chance of their work force breaking that same pipe on the same day is very high! There was nothing wrong with the car when I left it there that same morning
Went back again the next day. This is day 3 now . They replaced the radiator filler bottle eventually. Lucky I took a before and after picture of their work and realised that there is a black pipe missing in the original picture. This is a pipe that gets mounted on the side of the bottle serving another purpose to the engine. Well complained about it and the Tech came and found the pipe dangling in the engine bay. This just shows me how much they do care and know about taking something apart and putting it back together again??? Very dissapointed about all of this. Will NEVER BUY a HOLDEN AGAIN. AND I Will never deal with ZUPPS HOLDEN ASPLEY AGAIN

The last 3 times I have tried to buy parts here I have waited ages and not been served. When a man walks in he is served almost immediately and despite being there before the men I jave to wait to be served after them. I really starting to think it is a gender thing and have now decided that in future I will drive to Wilston instead. If you are a female don't bother trying to buy parts here!

Have booked online twice now to test drive a car and been told someone will be in touch to help out both times. First time, no contact, I tried to call and it rung out. Arrived to be told there s no cars, but if I wanted to put a deposit down to buy I could take one of the cars...even though apparently there were no cars. Second time, again no contact, I didn t even bother wasting my time. Don t bother going to Zupps Aspley Holden. Clearly they don t care anymore since Holden is pulling out of the Australian market. I ll take my business elsewhere.

I m not impressed with the customer service at this dealership at all!!
Today marks the second time I have been promised things when booking my car in and not received what I was expecting.
Today I took my car in for its 30000 km service and was told to bring a second set of keys. The reason being as I had discused I could get caught at work (Mt Gravatt) and would need my car to get home (to the north side).
Well a colleague dropped me at the dealership. Only to find my car locked behind boomgates and me not being able to access it.
Well Holden Mt Gravatt you have now let me down for a second time!!!
I m definitely not impressed at all as this event could have affected my personal safety, and I had to incovnfriends who live nearby to get me home!!!
Expect a VERY UNHAPPY customer when I return in the morning to pickup my car.!!!

I would really like to take the time to thank the whole team at zupps Aspley, it was my first time choosing a new car & everyone was a delight to deal with, there was no pressure in anything, I was provided with all the information I needed & was in my new car in no time at all at a great price!
Alex and his team are wonderful & I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dealership to head into!

I bought a Subaru here nine and a half years ago. Today I get a text out of the blue telling me to come visit the "Zupps Aspley Holden Side Show Sale!"
Well guess what? I'm not interested! Nine and a half years on, you should not be using my number. You should probably not use the entire existing database of clients without THINKING. I do not live in Brisbane. I do not want a Holden. I do not want your SPAM.

Big thank you to Alex,Vu,PK, at zupps Aspley holden.When it comes to customer service these guys know what there doing compared to other car dealership ive visited in the past.Very happy with my holden colorado would highly recommend to family and friends

Very poor service. Never back again. Dealt with me as if they were doing me a favor fixing my car after Holden head office honored the repair. They would Definitely deal differently if I was buying a new car.

I walked in hoping to buy a new car. We walked out with 2 new cars!!! I have to say that Vu made my experience stress free, hassle free and 3 months down the track I'm still I love with my car! Vu would have to be the most genuine, honest, friendly, easy going and stress free car sales man I have ever dealt with. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Drove 50 minutes from the Southside to test drive ...

Drove 50 minutes from the Southside to test drive an Audi. When I arrived, it was on the display ramp with no more than two vehicles blocking it.

Spoke to the used car salesman who was relatively decent about it, but after speaking to his boss, his attitude changed and told me to basically have a look at other cars and it had been "out" and test drove" and that I was not able to take it for a spin.

Went back home in the afternoon disappointed, and found out on Carsales the car had been sold.

Horrible experience with this dealership, and Alex Seaward in particular. We purchased a car back in November and received good customer service before the transaction had gone through. An hour after driving out of the dealership in our new car we noticed issues. I emailed right away and it didn't get resolved for 6 weeks, after I'd followed up multiple times with no response. Fast forward to 6 months post purchase and we're still trying to get an issue fixed that they refuse to acknowledge being responsible for. I've had Fair Trade involved, but the dealership has ignored their attempts to seek a resolution. Be careful, they will try and weasel out of any liability!

Buying a new vehicle can be a little nerve racking but ZUPPS ASPLEY put me at
ease from the very start. My initial contact was with Mr. Habib through email, he was patient and responded to all my questions well. He made some very informative suggestions. I felt that I can trust him and buy a car from him. I felt that I got a professional service from him and he is smart and on my side (in general, I am a conscious buyer and I suspect anyone try to push to sell me anything).
Mr. HABIB was helpful from start to finish. All I did was walk into the dealership and sign some papers. The rest was done by Mr. Habib. I also was in touch with Terri, who offered this great 5 year road side assist at a very affordable price. I was so impressed by their warranty scheme that I ended up buying for 10 years. I picked up the car 2 days ago and we have already had 2 wonderful family drives. All thanks to you guys.

Vu was very thorough guiding me through my first car loan, met all customer satisfaction you could ask for in a sales person. Good at his job very proactive in looking for the right car for myself & browsing through the online market for comparisons. He let me test drive the vehicle I was intrested in un supervised with no pressure. Alex the Manager listened to my wants was negotiable & understanding of the big decision being made.
