I had my car booked in to get looked at again as it was running very poorly. The receptionist has no customer service skills extremely rude. I picked my car up this afternoon after having engine coil replaced. I got into my car and surprise surprise the car wouldn't start. Went back inside advised the guy behind the counter that my car wouldn't start had to repeat myself twice as he didn't seem to understand. He got in it and wouldn't start, he got a mechanic out which tried to start it also. He got the battery charger and tester. The car started with battery charger but failed the battery test. He told me to charge it overnight or get a new battery from marshalls or whoever I use. I said fine, got in the car and drove off. I checked the battery a week ago and the light was still green. Hard to believe the battery was disconnected as I didn't have to reset my radio stations like the last time.

This is the first ever new car (will be the last I buy from Zupps and certainly not recommending to anyone one else) I bought and as I was aware the sales guys suck you in and I did let them. There is no after care, once you have bought the car that's where the service ends.

Thankfully for me I have been made aware by village motors I can take my car to any Holden service centre. This has truely made my day knowing I never have to deal with Zupps Aspley again.
